When I stopped to check in, there was a terrible thunderstorm and the electricity had gone out. As customers started to stack up, Nathan, the night manager, was doing his best going back and forth with IT to get the computers up and running so he could get us all checked it. Took about an hour and once we were assigned rooms, he realized that the room card reader was not working, He had to take us up one at a time and open our doors, then later deliver keys. Through all this he maintained his professional and calming demeanor, never a cross word. He was truly the hero of a pretty miserable evening, Thank you Nathan,

Excellent service, and great rooms for low price!

Finally a hotel that has what I really needed as a traveler. Hooks on the wall, a nice neat corner with a little bench for your suitcase and a place to put your shoes, under the bench. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and the design. It is perfect for travelers, we all have bags, backpacks, laptop bags. There was a great spot for everything. The bathroom was a perfect size and the shower was great! The staff was very helpful, polite and nice. The lobby was great, it had a good snack station and the FREE breakfast was great! I will always look for this hotel when traveling in the future! Good job putting together the ideal hotel room!

The place was great! Nice room's. Comfortable bed and was convenient to places to eat. Would stay there again.

I am extremely disappointed with the condition of my room and the overall experience during my stay. After a long flight, I checked into my room around 2:00 a.m. and immediately reported scratches on the wall so there would be no question that I was not responsible for the damage. Around 4:00 a.m., I pulled back the covers and found the fitted sheet was filthy. I called the front desk and requested clean sheets or another room, but was told there were no available rooms and that I would have to change the bed myself because she was the only person on duty. I made three trips to the front desk because I was first given a mattress pad, then a queen-size fitted sheet instead of a king. I finally finished making the bed myself around 5:00 a.m. I showed the front desk employee photos of the dirty sheet. Later that day, I found hair on the shower floor and wall just as I got in it. I reported it to the front desk on Friday and again at checkout on Saturday, showing all photos to both employees. All three employees apologized and acknowledged the issues, but no one offered another room, assistance, or any compensation. This experience fell far below the standards I expect. A guest should never have to remake their own bed due to the hotel's lack of cleanliness, nor should they encounter a room that appears not to have been properly cleaned. The lack of cleanliness, inconvenience, and absence of any meaningful service recovery significantly diminished my stay.
