ALL the Staff members that I encountered at this location were extremely welcoming and helpful. Only draw back was the rear entrance door was not accessible from the outside even though I had a key. Had to walk to the front entrance from the rear parking lot. Otherwise good location for the price paid.

Your back door is always opened. Anyone can walk in that don’t stay there and it’s not safe. The carpets are filthy and bathrooms are rusty. I wish I could get my money back

We booked this hotel because we wanted to hang around the pool for the afternoon. When we arrived we were informed the pool was under construction. We were able to check on 1 hour early if we took a 3rd floor room. We agreed after being told there was an elevator in the hotel. Once we brought our luggage in we were told the elevator didn’t work . My husband is unable to walk long distances due to a disability and has to climb three flights. When I went to get ice the 3rd floor ice machine was out of order, I went to the 2nd floor and there was no ice so I had to run 3 flights of stairs to get ice on the first floor. A series of problems have put me off this hotel chain.

This place has potential but management/ownership needs to change. There's obviously signs of lack in care and cleanliness. Hallway and room smelled damp and mildewy. Bathroom wasnt clean to say the least. The is the first and last time will be staying here unfortunately.

Absolutely horrible we had to ask for toilet paper we had to ask for towels the room was disgusting and dirty. The entire building smelled of cat piss and weed. The rooms do not look like the picture and it is just disgusting. We drove 20 hours and by the time we got there, we were too tired to change rooms and they charged us for the full night even though it was disgusting and dirty. Then the breakfast was lacking. It is not what it was advertised. Do not stay here!!!!

The hotel has Mold. The rooms were disgusting. The toliet didnt flush. The air conditioning did not work. If it wasnt the fact that my mom was passing I would have relocated to a different hotel. The pictures you see is nothing like what you get once you check-in. This hotel needs to face-lift asap.

Place was filthy, reeked of weed, the sofa bed looked like someone was killed on it and was soaked in blood, there was a full blown man laying in the hallway of the tried floor, I was awakened in th middle of the night by the sound of a cat in heat and we had to clean our own tables off in the morning from other guests so we had a place to sit and eat the almost non existent free breakfast that was never refilled.

Its a La Quinta. Its not the four seasons. But its definitely on the low end of La Quintas. Its just not clean. First room had mould all over bathroom ceiling and stank. Hallways covered in trash and food Old dirty chairs in lobby Not the best area, but no excuse for not keeping this place up to the standard you would expect. Theres a Hampton Inn across the street but its double the price. Expedia had a deal on this place and now I know why. You get what you pay for in this case Staff were nice enough and let us change rooms but the whole place needs a massive overhaul and thorough cleaning.

Room 333 was musty smelling . The bed was HORRIBLE!!! I felt EVER coil in the mattress. Front desk gave us another room 319 . The bed was better but the musty smell was still present in that room as well. I WILL NEVERRRRR STAY @ this location again. It’s old and outdated.

The front receptionist Teija was very rude and unprofessional. She told me to get out of her face several times and wouldn't provide me any assistance. She also threatened to call the police if i didn't get away from her. I was only trying to understand the extension and deposit policies. In addition, she canceled my reservation without letting me know. When I inquired about it, she informed me her manager approved it and it was to late to reverse. The whole encounter was crazy and embarrassing. Teija needs customer service training to control her attitude and anger.

First I like to start by saying Shakira is amazing, I checked in at 2am and she accommodated all my needs at that time, she went as far as making sure I had breakfast due to the time. We need more people like Shakira. The continental breakfast was everything, fresh and was replenished so everyone ate. The place is outdated and needs work done but my room was very clean and had all I needed for my stay. The only thing I may say is the pool was not clean I did not get in but was able to sunbathe. Everything is near by which is a plus I will definitely stay again

Bed wasn't made in my room for the entirety of my stay. I mentioned it to reception and they said they would look into it, but nothing transpired. Phone in the room was plugged out so no incoming calls and despite my friend asking reception to check on me, they didn't. The female staff( reception )were friendly but male staff at reception were not. Would not stay there again.

Did not stay at the hotel. Stood in line- second in line- while the rep spoke to a person at the counter and did not acknowledge my presence for over 10 minutes. My fiancé did not feel safe in the lobby, so we left and went to the Holiday Inn down the street. Very disappointed. Also requested my money back.

It was ok until the last night where we felt bit unsafe. Also the female front desk agent that worked on 10/4/25 approximately 5pm was not the greatest. We called the front desk to be let in from the east entrance as our key was not scanning and even after 10 mins she never let us in. I had to send my 11 yr old around the building to then let me in and we went up to the room and key was deactivated. This hotel has too many locals and not the type of property for me and my family and will not book this location again. The LaQuinta on 441 is actually a bit better than here. I do however love the manager Anita who is super friendly and kept an eye on breakfast area making sure it was clean. The tv had a line straight down it, I had to place a chair by door to feel somewhat safe because there was a guest nearby that kept yelling at his partner to open the fn door, the remote power button kept getting stuck. There was no security that I saw on premises for the two days we spent there. My kid likes to go to the pool and we were unable to at least do that. I truly dislike when hotels offer pools as an amenity knowing that it will not be accessible. Such a disappointment.

It had been a while since staying at a hotel due to the Pandemic. We were pleased that this hotel had very few changes and no extra charges from the Pandemic. Hotel was in good shape. Good location that was easily accessible on main roadway. Pool was open. Areas around pool was clean. We will stay here again on our next trip to this area of Florida.

What a dump. Breakfast was terrible. The breakfast lady closes the breakfast doors at nine o'clock sharp. I would never go back. Old, dirty, no lounge or place to sit, no place to even buy a bottle of water.

the lobby was clean and plenty of seating. the room was pretty basic but clean. Our bed was comfortable. The breakfast was quite good, waffles, fresh fruit pastry, cereal. coffee was decent. really the only complaint I would have is the vending machine only had snacks, no beverages. It would be nice if there were a restaurant next door. I would definately stay again.

My friend and I used to stay at La Quinta for their breakbast, not anymore! Every day same problem, no food, we have to take what we could, no matter we woke up early, all guests complaining and they didn´t care. They don´t take care of their facilities, was a nightmare one night the fire alarm with than horrible, strendous noise, 5 times! We weren´t able to sleep. So BAD!!! Won´t stay there never again!
