I thought the property was clean safe great location and lots of dining options literally in walking distance. Very friendly staff and clean nice rooms now with that being said my only complaint is the fridge just wasn't cold enough in my opinion but other than that it was definitely nice and i would return. Oh and there is no pool but hey if you don't care about that then i highly recommend.

Breakfast was good and decent selections each day. Staff were very good and attentive to my needs. Sink faucet in bathroom Room 310 was not installed properly. Also exhaust fan in bathroom was not working. Was awakened at 6:00 am for smoke/fire alarm in the whole building. Did not smell or see any smoke or flames. Went to lobby where there was some haze and smell of something burning. No staff of Fire Department visible or to give an explanation of the reason for alarm. Found out after the fact bacon caught fire and was extinguished but no one to explain to guests as they were evacuating what was going on and to give instructions.

As with other hotels we have stayed at, they don't clean the air conditioner filter. So if they fix that issue the rating would be higher. No one likes breathing others crud. It was a great night sleep. Felt safe & it was quiet. Loved that we didn't have to climb stairs. The elevator was great. Breakfast was good the staff was very friendly.

This budget motel opened 3 weeks ago and it was not ready. The sink fixture was too short to deliver water into the bowl, no grab bar in the shower and it didn’t look like a final inspection was made as far as cleanup and details. It probably wasn’t fair to the staff to open so soon.

When i got my first room there was no remote so i asked the desk about it. Got the remote and it turned the tv on but wouldn’t connect to wifi. I was given another room and again the tv didn’t work. So i got a third room which was actually a downgrade from the room i purchased. The rooms were not very clean i could tell that the floors hadn’t been moped in awhile. The girl that was working the front desk was very nice and it’s not her fault those things were not working. She did her job exceptionally well. I have to travel back again soon and was wanting to be able to stay there again, but i don’t believe i will be returning back.

My stay at this hotel was not terrible, but it was not great. It started when I entered the room and found about 8 "stink bugs" dead laying around in various spots in the room. The front desk was very nice when I presented the photos to them, but did not change my room. Instead they swept up the bugs. I woke up with more stink bugs in my room and one crawling on my leg. I know that stink bugs will not hurt me, but I find it a little gross that they were infesting the room. The front desk told me that they had sprayed. Maybe it would be a better idea to not use the rooms that were being infested. Again, the front desk was very nice. When I woke up at 4am with one on my leg, I just got up and left. For the price, it wasn't worth the stay. I didn't even get to enjoy the breakfast which looked like it was going to be good.

I had a wonderful overnight stay at Microtel. The check-in process was quick and friendly, which made me feel welcome right away. My experience here wasn’t great but wasn’t horrible either. The walls seem to be very thin so you hear everything around you, TV’s, conversations, etc. The family in the room above us must have let their kid do some type of Chinese acrobatics right before bed and when we got up in the morning. There were teens in the lobby standing on furniture with no adult supervision and running through the halls. Just not what you would expect from what was supposed to be a relaxing time.

Pros: Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was excellent. Staff was very friendly. Cons: cleaner left her cup in the room, but no cups for us, had to go get some from breakfast area. New motel, but big design flaws. Faucet in wrong position so water flows all over the sink not into it and you can't get your hands under the water.(they were aware, all the sinks are like that, have to get new sinks) good size round hole on ceiling, partly covered with a square cover. Towel hooks located abt 2 ft off the floor. So really no good place to hang them. New decor looks like a kindergarten room. Numerical signs design on headboard and pads, bright primary colors, large clunky dowel hooks. Could be really good, fix the sink and put a towel rod in.

I booked this room over 24 hours in advance. We attended the Auburn vs. Georgia game and needed a place to stay after the game. We arrived about 1:00am and the clerk proceeded to tell us they had no rooms available. What is the point of making a reservation if they are going to book our rooms to someone else? This was extremely frustrating as we had to go and find somewhere else to stay at 1:00 in the morning. Will never be staying at this hotel.

It took a while to get checked in but staff was friendly. The door to our room didn’t shut well. Not a huge deal. The breakfast choices were waffles, eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage, bagels, yogurt, muffins and toast. It was a good breakfast. The hotel is very clean.
