My debit card has 2 charges totaling 101.55 despite the fact I paid in full on hotels.com. the room itself had only 2 towels and 1 wash cloth for 2 people to share. When I asked for more, I was told there were none. No blankets on the beds, only sheets. Thankfully I had some in the car. TV didn't work, shower temp was all over the place, freezing then scalding hot. The breakfast was a joke. I specifically wanted a hotel with a hot breakfast. The eggs and sausage( only hot items) were luke warm and the serving area around them was really gross. Didn't want to use the utensils, because the forks, knives and spoons were in an open holder, handle down, so everyone handles the part you eat on. No milk for the cereal. Check in was a joke. They tried to authorize my card several times. Although they said it was being declined, I had to call my bank to have each of the $91 holds removed so I could have access to my money. 2 of the "holds" cleared my bank today, so they weren't just holds, they were charges. Now I have to file a dispute with my bank to have them removed. My 3 days there were definitely not comfortable. Wifi was very unstable, so I had to use my phone's wifi to work. Also, although the hotel is non smoking, it seems weed is allowed. Wreaked of marijuana all weekend. I wish I had just either paid more to go somewhere worthy of the money, or just rented a known ghetto motel for half the price so I wouldn't have had expected more.
