Room is very outdated, including furnitures faucet toilet and bathroom in general. The room had roaches and was very loud because of street traffic.

Everything about this hotel and the staff it’s five stars they do know what customer service is all about. From the moment you drive in the valet parking, The bell desk, front desk, room service, maid service, pool servers and the flavors of food. Are the best in the world. All the staff is the reason I have return every year for the last 5years

Everyone was very nice. If you plan to have a quiet beach day this is not the place for you. Although locals are amazing they love to have blasting music the whole time. This is more for people that are looking to party.

I didn't like the fact that one of two elevators was always breaking down,we got stuck inside one time. we were afraid to use them didn't know when they would stop working , had to pay extra for parking, also had to pay for umbrellas service the hotel had service but it was extra where is the savings the gym was an embarrassment to the hotel the equipment wasn't working properly ,the only seat was ripped from the seat, the weights were from the 70s old and rusted it seems that they install them and forgot about them I will never recommend this hotel
