Markets itself as a hotel but it really is just a glorified hostel. Very very loud at night. Windows slamming shut, people talking until 1am, bathtub uneven and wobbling causing a ton of noise. Bed is cheap, no headboard and sitting on a cheap metal frame. The art was cool. Won’t be back due to the poor sleep.

My room was above a bar and while there was a make shift double pane window it was exceptionally loud until 130AM. The room overlooked a small street where the bar was located and the lights outside lit up the room such that it was no where near dark enough to sleep well given the blinds did not cover the window well. Blackout curtains are needed.

My room was spray painted half red and looked like they were covering up a murder scene. The elevator was also broken ahead of time and I was on the 5th floor. If I was disabled I wouldn't have been able to get to my room for example. And the price was insane, $250 a night?! Next time a tent in the tenderloin might be more appealing.

Very small room. No airflow in the room. When opened the window to get air in it was very loud outside. Bathtub didn’t work. No ice machine on property. The keyless door gave us trouble. It was so bad we left less than have our stay( was in San Francisco for 9 days) and got another hotel.
