What guests think

Across recent reviews of Best Western Inn Russellville, guests most often praise the friendly, helpful staff, generally clean, comfortable rooms, and a convenient location near dining, with many also appreciating the hot breakfast that starts early.

However, housekeeping consistency varies, with reports of missed cleaning, musty or smoky odors, and occasional pests. Facilities draw mixed feedback, notably a repeatedly closed outdoor pool and some out-of-service laundry machines. Room comfort can be uneven, with some firm or worn mattresses, AC humidity or noise issues, TV glitches, and occasional disturbances. Expect a convenient stopover with warm service, but confirm amenities and room condition.

There were flies in our room and in the area where breakfast is. The pool was closed but that isn’t located anywhere on the website. We got charged an extra night because house keeping came before 11am and saw our stuff still there.

The good: Large, comfortable room. Great shower temperature and pressure. Comfortable bed, AC worked well and temperature of room was good. Good parking. The Bad: there were shorts, I guess from a previous guest, left in the room. The room had a musty smell. Coffee pot was dusty. This made us question the cleanliness of the room.

On advertisement of the property there were photos of a outdoor pool. When we arrived the pool had a cover preventing us to swim. Our stay was in July. If I knew a head of time the pool was closed I wouldn't have stayed there. It is very outdated. No elevators, room was on the second floor so we had heavy luggage to drag up. The room had dust along the floor boards where there was a lack of vacuuming. The positive about this location was the suite was a large room with two huge TVs.

There were dirty clothes left from the people before us, I cleaned up water from the carpet and the towel was dark brown, housekeeping kept coming by super early to clean the room, the pool was out of service, the washer and dryer was out of service, where the ice machine is located isn’t shown very well

To check in after hours you have to stand outside. I hate those types! There's no parking in the front, only on the sides of the building. A little sketchy. Not a 3 star hotel, but tolerable.

The stay was good. Check-in was perfect, gave me all the information I needed at that time. The room was amazing, however you could tell it had not been cleaned properly from the previous stay. The floor did not look like it was vaccumed, I found clothing that did not belong to anyone from my party in the chair, other than that though the room was perfect.

Well. Not so good. I was given a room that was already occupied. The am was in the shower. It was quite embarrassing!!! Got another room (upstairs) even though I told her I had a bad knee and shouldn’t be on the stairs. She just shrugged her shoulders and handed me the key card. Then there was so much noise outside my room it felt like there was an animal under my bed bouncing up and down. I got very little sleep.

It was the perfect location for our weekend travel ball tournament. The front desk lady was phenomenal. She made our check in and check out very easy. The property was fine. Our check-in was a little difficult as as had changed our reservation through Expedia to check-in a day early. The clerk did not want to check our phone to check the new confirmation for the change. She finally figured out there was a change and discovered the night person has not done their job correctly. She was courteous throughout the whole process and apologetic as to the error.

Irritated, but room was good and clean. Good for the price. The reason I am irritated is I paid for the room through a third party online booking service and I was charged a different price on check out after talking with the attendant and telling her it was already paid for and she said it would credit back to my account which it didnt and was corrected a few days later by another person. Should happen.
