We had a great time at this cute, secluded cabin on the lake. Fishing, hot tub, fire pit and even a nearby trout pond the kids fished at and had a fish fry for dinner. It was so nice to be able to take the dogs with us too! Overall a wonderful stay and we hope to come back!

We came to celebrate our wedding anniversaries and visit the local wineries and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The house is very nice, beds were comfortable (upstairs bed is a little creaky/noisy), the hot tub was great, the sauna was nice but didn't seem to get hot enough for me, the big back porch with plenty of seating is very nice, kitchen area was a tad small and the garbage can is in an awkward spot but overall everything was great! We brought our own toilet paper based on previous experiences with other rentals but the tp provided gets a minus 1 rating LOL.

The Picardy Rose at Sunset Lake is a beautiful cabin next to a lake in a peaceful enviroment. A nice weekend getaway for us on our anniversary weekend. I would recommend this cabin and location to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable time away. Has a fire pit for roasting marshmallows or making smores. Lake for fishing and only 11 miles from Helen, Ga. Great place.

Private cabin on the lake was great! When the sun hits the lake it beams into the cabin creating so much natural light. Hot tub was really nice for relaxing, especially after a hike. Cozy living room with a gas fireplace and everything was super clean. Can’t forget the deer we saw around the cabin. Great communication with host too. We hope to visit again.

What a great property! Definitely would rent again. Hot tub, ping pong, pool table, and jetted bath. 3 stories ( casement unfinished but so nice and cool!!) we were there in July and the basement was such a retreat. Nice and cool, big couch, big fluffy chair and the game tables. And no worries the dogs were so good. Property was big and no carpet. PERFECT!!!

Property was as advertised for the most part. The only issues we experienced was we could not turn up the volume on the TV, making watching TV useless after a full day of being out and about. Disappointing because we just wanted to relax. The hot tub jets seemed to not be functioning properly. Also, the ping pong table net was broken, so we could play that either (which was a bummer because my wife loves ping pong).

We enjoyed out stay at Picardy Rose at Sunset Lake. The cabin is nice and well stocked. You are at the end of a road so there is privacy. Close to Cleveland and a short drive to Helen. We had plenty of room for our group and it was great to be able to bring our dog along. The game room in the basement is a bonus- we had a great time!

The location of this property was spot on for our family however there were a few issues with pet hair from previous occupants! We all have allergies and had to go purchase our own bed covers! Other than that it was a very nice stay!

The cabin was super clean and had everything you need for a perfect stay. At almost every window you would be able to view the lake. Very secluded and peaceful. Out of the crowds but not too far from Helen. We will definitely be staying here again.

The scenery was beautiful. But had to buy towels. Only 1 bath towel and 2 wash rags were left no kitchen towels. Also saw a few roaches. One was in the bed. Not very clean.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful our stay at the cabin Picardy Rose was. Check in and check out was seamless. Communication was immediate and easy. The cabin itself was immaculate and exactly as pictured! The seclusion and private driveway gave us privacy and security. Will absolutely be back to visit and stay with any rental from Blue Creek Cabins!

This was a last minute getaway and it was great ! The cabin was just as described . Cozy, inviting, and secluded. We enjoyed the view of the lake and the deer that would visit in the evening. Definitely recommended for a couple or small family .

The property is just okay. It is in desperate need of updating. The cabin is very basic and does not look cheerful and fresh as the picture advertised. We did however enjoy the fish pond.

Super peaceful setting, property needed a few TLC items resolved which they were very friendly to assist quickly. Shower faucet wouldn't turn to hot, refrig needed servicing, a plug-in oil lamp made the whole unit smell like birthday cake - gave us a headache and made our clothes smell for several days, floors were dusted but furniture and bedding was dusty and made our eyes itch...Otherwise we hope to return

I travel often and rent through VRBO for the majority of my trips. While this cabin was perfect for our girls trip, the check-in process was extremely detailed and extensive. I wanted to include this in my review because if I would have known prior to booking, I would not have chosen this cabin. One specific thing that stood out to me and made me uncomfortable was that they require photocopies of your license to be sent via email or text. I have never once been asked to do this by any other rental. The contract for this cabin was also very extensive to the point I as an adult was nervous to even stay at the cabin - I would never bring a family or children here given their rules.

There's a lot of trees and the deer are just beautiful. Sitting on the back porch and watching the deer is just amazing. The cabin has everything that you need for your stay. We had to call maintenance for an electrical problem, they came and fixed it within the hour of our call. The pool table and ping pong were a nice night time thing to do. Overall everything was perfect for what we needed.

We enjoyed our weekend at Picardy Rose. The cabin is well stocked and maintained. It’s in a lovely location and very close to Helen with many activities available to do. We would definitely recommend staying at this location and will likely stay again in the future.

The cabin was super clean and had everything you need for a perfect stay. At almost every window you would be able to view the lake. Very secluded and peaceful. Out of the crowds but not too far from Helen. We will definitely be staying here again.

Beautiful cabin with gorgeous lake views. Loved the fire pit and extra area around the cabin. Felt very secluded. Some items in the unit need updating, but overall and great experience.

We enjoyed out stay at Picardy Rose at Sunset Lake. The cabin is nice and well stocked. You are at the end of a road so there is privacy. Close to Cleveland and a short drive to Helen. We had plenty of room for our group and it was great to be able to bring our dog along. The game room in the basement is a bonus- we had a great time!

Can't rave enough. It was exactly what I hoped for. Can't wait to return! Easy check in, felt right at home. Any questions that arose, they were I immediately available. I didnt want to leave. Usually I at least miss some things at home, but I didnt miss anything back home. I absolutely loved my whole trip and this cabin was no exception
