The property is under construction, and our room appeared to be part way through some renovations. Surfaces were sticky where it appeared things had previously been glued down. Some minor cleanliness complaints that probably wouldn’t have bothered me at all had it not been for everything else. Bathroom had a weird smell. Room 216 was set up strangely, and it was difficult to see the TV from the bed. There was a charge for parking that I didn’t see anywhere prior to booking or in my confirmation (though maybe it was somewhere in the fine print). Overall, this wasn’t the restful stay we hoped it would be, and we ended up checking out early after our first night.

Checked in on a Sunday evening. The staff person took card for incidentals and then informed us that parking was an additional charge. We didn't expect that but ok. Asked if they needed info on the car and he said no. Then after I asked additional questions about time for breakfast etc, he walked us over to a random QR code taped to a counter with no signage and told us we had to fill in the form there to park the car. We wondered if we would have been towed without finding out this additional information. Also, when we asked if they had a luggage cart, we were informed that "they don't have any because people kept damaging the rooms" (?!?) Saw a random person using a small one and the staff person said that it "wasn't the hotels but maybe we could use it". Seemed very odd for a hotel of this caliber and was very inconvenient for a family with young ones. To make matters stranger, the next morning when checking out (of course after we had packed the car in 3 separate trips), we saw not one but 2 luggage carts! (And a person in the elevator with one shared that as of Saturday check in, they had at least 3). Room and breakfast were both fine, we were just befuddled at our check in interaction. If coming back to the area, would probably choose a different hotel that included parking with your stay.

This was an older hotel that Hyatt is branding there name, but the quality isn't the Hyatt standards with beat up furniture stained carpets and poor paint job trying cover up the old.

The room was okay. The bed was comfortable, but some carpet was missing near the threshold to the bathroom and it just felt sad and worn down in the room. I also hated the $14 parking fee and wish that was more clear. I'm not thinking about a parking fee just because it is somewhat near the airport. It's not like I'm going to park there and then try walking over to the airport. Honestly.

Room was pretty dirty. There a few broken cabinets in room also the entertainment center was broke with pretty jagged exposed edge. It also seemed like people where just partying in the lobby most the night. Didn’t seem like any staff cared. And I was charged $65 for parking? The lot was not a patrolled lot with every limited parking because it was filled with shipping containers. Possibly for renovations
