Very nice hotel. No deposit required. Excellent pantry/market selection with toiletries, cold drinks, frozen dinners, ice creams, candies, dry goods. Upgraded to the suite at the property. Very nice room, very clean. Limited breakfast hours so ended up missing it. Provided a complimentary late checkout. Excellent experience overall. Will stay there again when I visit Rockwall next.

Overall not pleased because the hot tub is not working and there also was construction going on in the pool and also in the lobby. When I booked the state, he did not mention any construction at all. I chose this hotel because it doesn’t have a indoor pool and spa. It’s unfortunate that the indoor spy was not working and again there was construction in the pool as it was also when I visit in December. So no I would not recommend it. I feel like I should get a refund for some of the services that were not available.

Hotel was OK. They were in the middle of a renovation due to a water leak so it looked pretty trashy at the entrance. The front desk person was pretty casual upon check-in, but realtively friendly. The room was good and bed was confy. Indoor pool was a big plus for kids and the breakfast was great.

The room was quiet and clean. I thought the bed and pillows were super comfy and I actually slept quite well. I normally don’t sleep well if I’m not in my bed. The pool was a little lackluster and was freezing but other than that it was a really good stay. It was nice to have a microwave in the room so we could grab some quick frozen meals to eat when we were hungry .

This was a one night stay so we could attend a particular event at our church. Room was clean, LOVED the indoor jacuzzi tub which was much needed. We were however disappointed in the indoor swimming pool/hot tub. They were both filthy! There was a film of scum on the top of the water - it was nasty so we chose not to swim. Otherwise our stay was good!

We were kept up all night long after driving over 525 miles really needed sleep but the bugs biting us all night long wouldn't go away i took pictures of it after smashing them to kill them. They almost looked like really small fleas but they weren't jumping they were crawling. We've stayed here over the years several times but I can assure you never again and it cost us 112.00 expensive night that the bugs didn't let us sleep.

It was very pleased with the stay here. Rooms were freshly remodeled, very clean and quiet. Staff were super friendly and helpful and checkin was fast and smooth. I'm very picky about where I stay and do not hesitate to recommend this property. We stay in Rockwall about twice a year and will be coming back here next time.

We enjoy staying here. The breakfast was good and many options to pick from. The room was good, and the bed was comfortable and warm. The only issue was trying to set up PS4 to watch our streaming shows. That is an issue and the internet stop working after 24 hours and you have to log back in. overall I still recommend the place if your traveling thru or work related stays as well.

The good: The property and rooms are very clean. Staff is very nice and accommodating. The bad: There is zero view from the room. We literally only could see the back side of Academy Sports. :-\ Looks like they were remodeling as there were paint buckets, tools, and supplies hanging out by the pool.

The hotel is a good clean value for the money. However the bed was hard and the people above us on the third floor were so loud it sounded like they were moving the furniture around or were dropping things on the floor. I might stay again for the value.

Check in was awful and with the most unprofessional front desk employee. Nessa clearly did not want to be working nor welcoming. I appreciate everyone having a bad day but she was rude, and when a question was asked her response was clear that she was annoyed. The room was mediocre at best. There was no bar soap for the sink and counter was dirty. The only redeeming factor was breakfast. Everything was clean and very well maintained. This location was a disappointment after staying at several other LaQuintas on my trip. I would recommend the chain but certainly not this location.

When we got there we had been upgraded to a suite. The front desk was very welcoming. Staff were very friendly. When we checked out it was super quick they jsut asked for room Number and said your good to go. I would stay here again on a heartbeat.

Checked in later in the evening. Front Desk Attendant was nice but seemed disinterested in anything but their phone. Hall in front of elevator and elevator itself was disgustingly filthy. Get to room, looked cleanish. Sofa was stained and tired. Flooring in room was dirty. Bottom of bathroom door looked to be broken and poorly patched up. Bathroom was dirty. Made me wonder about entire room. Too tired from flying all day to put much more thought into it. Slept in some and go down for a later breakfast. Attendant starts making breakfast for employees and sharply closing down at about 8:45, never replenishing for paying guests. Doubt I will be back, stay here if in an absolute pinch, but not worth the money. Parking lot is also sketchy and needs works.

The hotel charges you $25 to take your pet in, but then we were asked to leave the breakfast area because we had our dog with us. The problem with this situation is that there are NO tables to sit down with our dog to have our breakfast. I understand the reasons both legal and social for this but if you allow pets and charge extra for them please supply a place so we can eat breakfast with tables.
