The front staff could have been more lively and attentive. The cleaning staff were friendly and helpful when items were needed. The grounds that included the pool and fire pit area were very clean and inviting. The streamliner was clean although we had an issue with getting hot water. Throughout the stay there was only warm water and no not water at all.

Such a relaxing and lovely stay! Our unit was fully equipped with everything we needed. It was very cozy, which added to the relaxation from the springs. The grounds had everything we needed as well. There are several grocery options nearby, and food delivery is easy. Even with people staying directly next to us, it was quiet. We will be coming back next time we are in the area!

If you a really want to stay in a relaxing place, this it is! Wonderful place! So unusual and different and still spacious and comfortable. The hot spring pools are open 24/7. It's indoor/outdoor living, but still very privat. I really recomend it.
