Comfort Inn Indianapolis East

We mostly pucked this hotel because it had a pool and heard the location was a plus. Pool was very small and over crowded

Hotel was non refundable or I would have left. Under construction so pool is closed, gym air conditioner didn’t work, our room windows have been taped over so we have no ability to look out. Reviews online were great….. totally misleading

Only bad thing, the elevator it terrifying.. feels like its going to break every time. Everything elae was great.

staff was friendly and helpful - only one elevator for four floors and towels were very thin

The hotel is being renovated. That is a good thing. Rooms are cleaner, although some dust dye to construction. But once this is completed, it will be up to date in all standards with lectric connections and smart use of bathroom necessities. Elevator was noisy. I suppose that will be also fixed and renovated.

Pool was the smallest one I've ever seen. Doors being slammed at all hours. This was a noisy hotel in general. I dont know that I've stayed at a Comfort Inn before this, I probably wont ever stay in one again.

So as always with comfort inn my bed was comfy and pillows are nice. They have a pool but yet it’s small, the pictures online are not the same pool at the property. The walls are paper thin & you can hear everything and anything! So cars and bikes racing being loud you’ll hear it clear as day! Peoples phone constantly ringing in room beside yours, you’re gonna hear that too! 3 hours for me late at night… My biggest thing that really made my stay upsetting & annoying was that upon checking into my room I noticed that my smoke alarm was covered in foil…. I snapped a pic of it. You know for time stamp purposes. I thought it was weird. As my room was a NON SMOKING ROOM! So upon checking out I had brought it up to the people at the desk, He said their shouldn’t be anything on the smoke alarm. I said well there most definitely is and that’s how it was when I arrived when checking In, he said well there shouldn’t be it’s a non smoking room So We Will Know If You Smoked In It.. I said excuse me!? I Didn’t Smoke In The Room, I Don’t Smoke & I’m Pregnant! The Nerve of some people really astonishes me.. So then he says I will have to see who cleaned the room before you got here & verify and see why they didn’t notice. I said you can do that but just so you know I took pics when getting here and they’re time stamped. To cover myself, because I didn’t do anything wrong. With that I got my receipt & left. All in all if you’re gonna get a comfort inn maybe choose a different one.

Our only slight complaint was the pool room and water was VERY cold. My 3 year old had blue lips after abour 20 minutes and that was sad as that was what she was looking forward to most about her first hotel overnight. Otherwise - no complaints!

Excellent hotel! I liked that the TV couldn't go above 60. Cute lil' pool and descent fitness room. Huge TV btw. Hotel us a few seconds from the interstate.

We like the staff we encountered a lot. Super friendly and helpful. We wish the pool opened earlier than 10 when you have kids (that wake up early) and a busy schedule it would have been nice to have a morning swim before hitting the road. But overall a great stay.

My bed sheets had blood on them.. room smells strong as if dogs were in the room.., since I paid 3 party she said there were nothing she could do..

Beds were very comfortable and room spotless. There are under some construction but we weren't disturbed.

after coming home and unpacking our things, there was bed bugs in our luggage after staying at this hotel. Beds were hard as rocks and staff barely spoke english. House keeping did not come and clean room for the 3 days we were there.

It was good visit. Had on odor throughout the building. Not sure what it was but not mold or mildew. Clean place the man that greeted us and checked us in was wonderful and informative.

The property was was still being renovated but our room was completed and looked great . The TV wouldn’t start at first but I called the front desk and the got someone up there right away to reset it. I would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights. The room was very nicely renovated. Comfortable bed.

No USB ports in the room. Had to charge phones and tablets using the port in my car. Lack of sports channels on TV for March Madness. No body wash for the shower. No fruit cocktail for the breakfast. Otherwise fine!

I was pleasantly surprised that the hotel was so nicely done. My room was around the corner from the elevator and I did not hear any noise throughout the night.

The area where the hotel is questionable but the hotel itself is decent. Manager was super nice upon arrival. Only real complaint was the a/c unit would kick off which allowed the room to warm up during the night. Warm bodies mean more sweat. Sweat equals to a unrestful night. Also, the room we were in was too close to the employees “break room”/where they set up their carts. We could here a lot of slamming and talking in the morning.

Great place to stay. Beds are twins, not queens was an issue. Book directly through the hotel, don’t use third party! Very clean, not much of breakfast spread. We will return!

Room a bit small and bed very hard. Otherwise clean and noise level okay.

There were so many plugs in the room. It was nice to be able to charge all of my devices.

Clean room Easy check in

They bent over backwards to accommodate our need to check in early for a wedding we were attending. Two thumbs up for the staff at this motel.

We were traveling from out-of-state to attend a family wedding. Because of the long distance, we really needed to check in and change into wedding attire early. When I called the hotel a few days in advance, the employee made a note and said he'd be sure our room would be ready in time for us. When we arrived in the early afternoon, they were aware of the situation and checked us in immediately. All the staff were friendly and kind, and especially the gentleman who made sure to have the room ready!!

Front desk staff was super friendly, hotel was clean and bed was comfortable.

The first night there was fighting,screaming cussing and slamming doors next door until midnight. We dialed 911 , could not reach the desk clerk. The second night was running screaming kids , more doors slamming. Not a pleasant experience .

This location was conveniently located right off the highway, close to restaurants and near the places I needed to visit. The breakfast options were fine, nothing spectacular. Staff was pleasant when I saw them. It was fine for my needs.

Great little hotel. About 15 minutes from motor speedway easy on and off freeway. Food not too far away lots choices. Front desk staff super nice. Big clean rooms nothing fancy. Breakfast was same every day. Mgr super nice day we arrived helped us park our trailer to unhitch and make for easy hitch up when we left. Very accommodating. Would stay again for Indy 500!

The hotel was fine. It was in an area that looked a little sketchy. When the front desk has protective glass you know somethings up!

Good location

We were there for a volleyball tournament 🏟️ and the hotel was 8 minutes away. Also right off the expressway.

Neighborhood is very bad. Breakfast is terrible.

Easy access off the interstate. Quiet and close enough to downtown to make Uber or Lyft a viable choice to driving and finding parking.

the room itself is pretty nice, well lit exterior, clean and well maintained. i didnt get the room i was expecting to get however. the breakfast was less than good, tasted like powdered eggs and microwave sausage. the coffee was not good. the coffee maker in the room obviously doesnt get cleaned. they took $150 from my debit card for incidentals which i never used and 3 days later, they still havent credited it back to my account.
