First i reserved an accessible room because my partner uses a wheelchair. I was asked if I really needed an accessible room, I would not have reserved one unless i needed one. The rooms only accessible feature was lowered hanging rack in closet. We had a standard tub with sliding handle; no way to shower. Needed to go 3x to get shower chair. Then it had to be gotten out by staff from locked closet. No safety strips in shower which was very slick and caused me to fall. I had to scrub tub bottom to get cleaner off so shower chair would stop sliding for him to get in. I still had to hold chair to prevent it moving. Room was not clean. Pulled sheets back to find some sort of black dirt between layers like it had been walked on or dropped on floor. Same black dirt under table, on floor in room and n3xt to bed. Smell of powerful cleaner set off severe asthma attack. Hot tub was 101 degrees when measured with pool thermometer. No towels in pool area. Windows had so much condensation that you couldn't see out and was running to floor. Check in staff was polite but morn8ng staff was awful. And downright hateful. Simple request for when spa opened and how to get extra sugar ( 2 packets in room) for my morning coffee brought sharp comments, hateful tones and treatment of being below him

Very clean hotel, rooms were very nice, staff was friendly, we booked 2 nights but couldn't stay second night due to emergency, didn't offer any refund or anything, buts it's ok, I would stay there again, super nice, ty
