I usually don\'t leave reviews but this place was so sad to stay at. The hotel is old and still has a smoky, musty smell. Furniture and doorways had stains from something white and liquidy. Beds were lumpy and sunk in the middle. The attendant at breakfast had to seat us all, take our orders; she commented how she was the only one there working in the dining area. The pool was okay- had to check out skimpy towels at the front desk and return them after. We picked that hotel for the pool and breakfast and because it was located right next to the river but found out the hotel rooms on the river side are rooms with a single bed. Also, they didn\'t specify this out front when you placed the reservation, but you only receive 2 free food "vouchers" for breakfast. The drain in the tub was covered in black something and the grouted tile wall was separating from the tub itself. I get that some hotels have been around a while and haven\'t been updated in a while and have issues but they shouldnt charge the same as the other hotels around them.

The 24 hr pool advertised is falsely advertised. Its hrs are 7am to 10pm. The free breakfast buffet is only free to children under the age of 12 and up to 2 people per room even if the room sleeps 4. The front desk vould only find 1 of the 2 room reservations i placed and when i was checking in i was told to contact the front desk. The 2 rooms i reserved were split so i had to put all 6 of us in 1 room because i couldn't leave kids unattended down the hall all night. The mngr over breakfast was chasng my 14 yr old around as if he was breaking rules and i was there with my son. Broken doors at guest entrance and ice covering sidewalks in front of guest entrances so must use caution not to fall. Bath tub didnt want to drain hard to turn shower on. While we were out of our room someone came in our room and turned the tv all the way down even though we turned it on low for backround noise. Night staff was the only really respectable staff we got to deal with. Check in staff put everything on me contating expedia. Morning staff chewed on me for expected free breakfast for all of us who checked in correctly. I had to argue tha its wrong if my kids are all over 12 that we only get 2 free breakfasts per room. This needs corrected so those who wanna swim 24 hr as advertised know thats not true and those expecting breakfast know its only for 12 n under and up to 2 over 12 per double queen rooms. And im probaly out 150 dollars for a room we didnt get to use.

It’s clean, comfortable & affordable. Pool, jacuzzi & steam room were awesome. Dry sauna not working, no pool towels unless you go to the front desk & sign a paper & commit to bringing them back by midnight.
