The view was wonderful and the lounge chairs at the pool were comfortable. Liked the beach access but the shower to rinse our feet was broken. Our room felt old and run down and we found 3-4 roaches within the first 5 minutes that made us leery of the bed and question if there were bedbugs. After settling down and getting some sleep, we feel confident that roaches were the only bugs in the room. Disappointed not to have a continental breakfast but it was as advertised.

Very nice place to stay. The staff were all friendly and the room was very clean. My only complaints were the elevator was out of use for most of the day on one of our days there and we were on the 6th floor and the pool could have been cleaned out more. There was feces floating in the bottom of the pool for 3 days in a row.

We originally booked for 6 nights but added an additional night. After we checked out and headed towards home we discovered that my mom had been charged an additional $350. When we called we were told that both beds were soaked in urine which was a complete lie. The owner stated that she would email me pictures of the beds which she never did. My mother and my daughter both wear adult pull ups so if they had wet the bed, their clothes would have been wet to which they were not. The owner and the evening desk clerk were extremely rude. The only positive thing was the morning desk clerk Eddie who is amazing. We have stayed there multiple times when we visit florida but after this experience we will NEVER stay at that hotel again!!
