Rooms are clean. Noise is never an issue here. Staff are friendly and help in anyway they can. They want your repeat business and go out of their way to earn it. I always stay here when in DC. Also, there are tons of great restaurants within a few blocks of the hotel, safe to walk.

The AC system in my room especially didn’t turn off whenever we pressed the “OFF” button on the thermostat. This is something the staff should bring to their attention as other rooms may also have this issue. Everything else was excellent.
