It was a wonderful, clean, comfortable place. is secure. There was a nice patio. But the parking is atrocious. We had to park 0.2 miles away. That was a little stressful.

The apartment is in a perfect location to explore Athens on foot. Great cafes/bars/treats near by and the amenities are spectacular, especially for the price. Marina is extremely helpful and responsive for whatever you may need. The laundry, gym, airport transfer and luggage storage were extremely beneficial for us and we will absolutely stay here when we return!

We got a nice apartment on the fifth floor with city view. The area was quiet and with some restaurants and mini markets at walking distance. It is a little bit far from the city center so you will need to take a taxi to visit the most popular areas in Athens. Overall we had a good experience except for the issue with the elevator that did not work during our entire stay and the apartment had a plumbing issue with the bathroom sink that we reported but was not fixed.

This hotel was honestly amazing! Free laundry, nice gym, walking distance to everything, less than a block to the coffee shop in the AM, great gyros place a few min away, right above a great gelato place for dessert - zero hesitations rebooking/recommending to others. Very clean, safe, air conditioning, kitchenette if you want to eat in - amazing!

Very cool accommodations: this is an apartment in downtown athens, so we had a living room, kitchenette, bedroom, and 2 TV's. The building also has several laundry rooms and a basic gym, both in the basement. The apartment itself is clean, quiet, and comfortable. And had a large balcony where we could have coffee or enjoy the sunset. You *can* hear noise from the street, and there were several events happening when we stayed, so we could hear music in the streets until around 10-11pm, but this isnt the fault of the accomodation, you are downtown after all. Were used to sleeping with earplugs, so we slept just fine. The apartment is within walking distance to supermarkets and restaurants (try To Prodopion down the street for great Gyros). We also walked to the Acropolis from here which took about 30 minutes (as the final part is uphill).

We stayed in the location twice. Once before our cruise and once after we got off. The apartment was clean and nice. There were several places to eat around the apartment, as well as a market not far. The metro entrance was around a mile walk, to get to. They had a closet you could store your luggage in, if you arrived before check in, which was very helpful. We highly recommend Araxo ice cream right outside of the apartment entrance. They had wonderful ice cream. Overall, we would stay here again.

There are great amenities in the rooms. Everything was clean and there is no secure luggage room if you need to store your luggage it after you leave. There is a room, but it is not secure. We would stay here again it was very nice.

Convenient location a bit outside the busy areas but still with available local food options. Property was clean and well equipped. Modern and renovated. Great air conditioning units, decent gym and laundry machine which we used. Fridge was a good size and kitchen with bowls and flatware were available. Could have used a few more hooks on the walls for convenience but not a big deal. In room iron and safe were helpful. The door to the apartments have iron clad locks so we felt safe through out the night. The room was very quiet so we slept soundly. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure. There is a nice ice cream shop downstairs and some local eateries behind the building. There is also a local supermarket one block over which made it super convenient to buy drinks, instant coffee, milk and fruit. A nice residential area to explore. We would stay here again.

Great location, walkable distance to all main attractions, as well as easy commute to Athens riviera. Very clean and well kept appartmant with extra amenities like washing/drying machine and a gym. Also great communication with a agent from a get go. Easily arranged airport transfer both ways with friendly and helpful taxi driver. In the heat of Athens it was great option not to have to use public transport. We loved our stay as it was safe, pleasent and let us explore food places frequented by locals.

Room had bedbugs throughout! When we flipped the bed over after being bit we noticed multiple bed bugs. Room was otherwise decently appointed and property has a nice gym and elevator to bring up luggage.

Staff was very responsive and available for any concerns. The room was clean and as advertised. They also provide booking for airport service which was helpful. The area was located within easy access to transit. It was not a typical tourist area but we felt safe walking in the area.

Clean room spacious living area, good location close to many sights. Walking distance to Mt Lycabettus and metro 5-10 mins walk. Lots of cafes and bars in surrounding areas, recommend the restaurant Yoda for all day dining, good prices and lovely decor. Evans our host was great always attentive and available for questions and any help needed. The apartment had everything you would need for a home away from home; fridge kettle cooker/oven. All fitting and fixtures were clean and looked fresh. Some coffee/tea is provided but would suggest packing your own tea/coffee as difficult to find a store close by that doesn't charge a fortune for a jar of coffee! Or alternatively just jump out across the street to grab a coffee from Enuff Said. The heating for the shower was not too much of an issue...push the button and by the time you gathered you toiletries and clothes, brushed your teeth etc it would be hot enough for a shower. The windows have black out shutters, but can also be opened to let in the fresh air which was nice. The street is quiet so no sleep disturbance. All in all a great place to stay for a visit to Athens.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im My Greek Vacations City Apartment. Die Lage ist wirklich ideal – zentral, aber dennoch relativ ruhig. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet, das Bad ist neu und sehr gepflegt. Besonders praktisch: Im Schlafzimmer und im Wohnzimmer gibt es Klimaanlagen, was in Athen im Sommer ein großer Pluspunkt ist. Die Größe der Wohnung ist absolut ausreichend, und der kleine Balkon bietet einen interessanten Blick auf das lebendige Treiben der Stadt. Im Keller befindet sich sogar ein kleines, aber sehr schön ausgestattetes Fitnessstudio. Ein besonderes Highlight ist die Eisdiele direkt unter der Wohnung – dort gibt es wirklich leckeres Eis! Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Me temo que no puedo dejar una buena valoración ya que había chinches en la cama. La primera noche pensé que fueron picaduras de mosquitos y no le di importancia, pero los días siguientes continuó con las picaduras y tras visitar a un médico me confirmó que son chinches. The picture opposite was not our apartment. The one bedroom apartment we stayed was modern, clean and had everything we needed. Bedroom was compact with decent wardrobe space, bed was comfortable. Shower was fantastic, kitchenette had all we needed. The large balcony would be fantastic in nice weather, unfortunately it was cold during our stay. The apartment was situated a seven minute walk from Panepistimio metro station and the general area had plenty of shops. Syntagma Square and Monastiraki where most of the restaurants were situated was 10 - 25 minutes walk. Communication was very good and access to the apartment went smoothly

Great first experience of Athens and pleasant stay at the apartment. It was clean modern and ideal for a few nights in the city. The location was perfect for walking to bars restaurants and the main tourist attractions. The apartment is very secure and despite being central, we weren’t disturbed by external noise. We stayed on the fifth floor and had a really spacious balcony. I only gave 4 for comfort as there were two chairs and a small table but to make the most of such a great space and the views we felt the balcony area could’ve done with a larger table and chairs for alfresco dining or some loungers to relax on otherwise everything was perfect. There were also facilities for storing luggage which was ideal if you have a later flight but want to make the most of the day without taking it all with you. Marina our host was really friendly and responsive to our queries. Overall great stay, thank you so much Marina.

Perfectly located apartment. Clean and tidy. I would recommend to anyone visiting Athens. The WIFI is a bit weak and only worked in one corner of the apartment. That’s the only reason it didn’t get five stars for everything. If I visit Athens again I will stay here.

Property was great for our trip to Athens, we felt it was great, Only Downside was that you had to wait 30 mins for a shower as someone had to turn the power to it on. We did have an issue with the shower, which we reported, someone did come sort it but made it worse so we gave up on the shower. I was told someone was coming to fix it after our stay so hopefully that will have been sorted. But we had a great time

Our little apartment was very clean. The bed did not disappoint, it was very comfortable. The kitchen had enough for one to cook if they wanted to. The view was amazing and it was nice not to have to share the balcony. It is located is a busy area the noise didn't really bother us much but it might for others.

The appointment was very clean and walking distance from restaurants and things to do. I wish we had someone in person to talk to instead of chatting. We also wanted more towels and you have to pay for that so we were disappointed about that and no one cleans or takes out the garbage while you’re staying there either. We did request transportation and they took care of that with no issues.

Great property. Well maintained. Had all the creature habits of home! Evans was excellent with communication and even arranged transportation from the airport! Location was perfect - walkable distance from most things. Quiet neighborhood and the on property laundry was a complete bonus. Both the airport and cruise terminal are both about 40-mins away and were not very expense. This property is highly recommend.

We were very happy with our stay! Marina was responsive since our booking months ago and everything went smoothly. Entry to the property was easy given the instructions and the cleaning staff we encountered were friendly and kind despite our arriving slightly before the official check in time. Quiet area , close to amenities and transportation. Easily walkable to all sights. Liked the Red Sparrow coffee shop which opened at 6 am. Apartment was stocked with tea/coffee (lovely after a long , hot day of sightseeing). Appreciated the shampoo/shower gel and hair dryer 😊. Would definitely recommend to others!

However, the room was clean when I checked in, safe, and the staff are very helpful! Location is good - lots of food and cafes around. A bit of a walk to the Acropolis, but not bad!

Lots of cafes and bars in surrounding areas, recommend the restaurant Yoda for all day dining, good prices and lovely decor. Evans our host was great always attentive and available for questions and any help needed. The apartment had everything you would need for a home away from home; fridge kettle cooker/oven. All fitting and fixtures were clean and looked fresh. Some coffee/tea is provided but would suggest packing your own tea/coffee as difficult to find a store close by that doesn't charge a fortune for a jar of coffee! Or alternatively just jump out across the street to grab a coffee from Enuff Said. The heating for the shower was not too much of an issue...push the button and by the time you gathered you toiletries and clothes, brushed your teeth etc it would be hot enough for a shower. The windows have black out shutters, but can also be opened to let in the fresh air which was nice. The street is quiet so no sleep disturbance. Marina was very helpful prior and on our trip to Athens. She suggested downloading apps to our tours and transportation and provided instructions on how to enter the apartment. She also graciously booked a roundtrip transport for us. We arrived early and she allowed us to check in an hour early. Shops and dining options are accessible within 20 minute walk. The Acropolis and Parthenon are about 25 minutes walk. I recommend walking as traffic can sometimes cause a delay. Everything on our trip went seamless. The only drawback is the bathroom and the water heater. There’s no room to put our toiletries and the water heater stays on about 15-20 mins which is not ideal for a family of three with a toddler around. I would still recommend this apartment because of the exceptional service of the owner and staff.

Marina was very attentive and proactive during my stay. She was very prompt to answer any of my questions and was reachable by whatsapp whenever I had any queries. The room was very nice and it was super convenient to have a laundry (free of charge) in the basement as well as the gym. Both of them fully functional and well equipped. Marina thank you for a lovely stay in Athens!

Just stayed a week here and it was very comfortable. It’s away from the city center area but is a plus because you can sleep at night without all the noise. There are numerous dining options nearby and the metro is about a 7 minute walk away. The main shopping street is about a 10-12 minute walk, very easy. If ever in Athens again I would definitely stay here again.

A terrific apartment for the three of us and located in a good position to explore the city. We used one of the bus tours to explore the city for two days and the apartment was a short distance to walk to/from the Bus Stop at the National Library of Greece. Highly recommended.

A drab apartment poorly equipped. Two TV’s neither could be used because there were no remote controls. One was supposed to be delivered, it wasn’t. The balcony was over grown by trees and just stools to sit on.

Fantastic stay in Athens. Close enough to the tourist areas to feel safe, and far enough to still being able to eat at places where the food isn’t ridiculously expensive. Wonderful communication from the staff. I have no notes whatsoever, I can 100% recommend and if I return to Athens then I know exactly where I’ll be staying.
