understaffed, undermanaged, unresponsive. We were double charged by location as well as through hotels.com. manager was not present the day we arrived, or left, and chronically unavailable by phone to correct the overcharge. manager name was not posted on site or known by the front desk staff other than "Jack".

My room had no towels or soap. I went to the front desk and asked for them, but they only handed me two hand towels and said they were fully booked. ??? I checked later that night and was only given 2 bath towels - there were three of us. They again said they were fully booked and no one checked out yet; their washer was down etc. The bathroom was not clean - soap scum and pink mold on the floor and corners of the shower. My daughter asked if she should wear flip flops.

Reserved & paid for King size room two weeks in advance, and was told on arrival they were all out and we would have Queen size beds despite the reservation & payment ahead of time. Mattresses were just okay, and bathroom was very large but did not have a vanity to place items on. Hotel was in a decent area & close to the interstate.
