What guests think

At Diamond Jo Worth Casino Hotel, travelers consistently praise the convenient connection to the casino and easy access off the interstate, while feedback is mixed on ongoing renovations and smoke drifting from the gaming areas.

Many rooms are renovated, spacious, and comfortable, though some guests found areas dated, experienced noise, or noted missing or inconsistent in-room amenities. Service is often friendly but can be inconsistent, with frustrations over early check-in fees, occasional slow or understaffed responses, and uneven housekeeping. Facilities feedback notes repeated reports of the pool and hot tub being closed and some elevator or hallway cleanliness issues, while breakfast and restaurant quality varies widely. Expect a convenient, casino-focused stay with reasonable comfort and some variability in amenities and service.

Casino connected is nice but hate the smoking in the casino. Sad that they no longer have pool and hot tub. We booked a king room through Expedia and got 2 queens. They are doing a lot of remodeling, so will be nicer in the future.

Need better breakfasts. When the elevator breaks have employees at the stairwells to carry the bags. When told the toilet is broke, fix it. Dont let your employees say we can't because we are under staffed. Makes you look like a bad place to work for and stay at.

Great place to stay when making it a weekend at Diamond Jo Casino! Secure access to and from the hotel and casino. Clean spacious King suites. Breakfast (which seems to be a rare thing since Covid) was delicious and available until 10:30 on Sunday morning. Only issue is the hot tub could have been set a little hotter.

Stayed 1 night in a king suite, a very nice and spacious room. Hotel is in decent condition and is connected to casino so you don't have to go outside. Pool was average, breakfast was above average. Didn't hear any outside noise while in room.

Everything was great until i tried to do laundry. The front desk said she didn't have a roll of quarters... she said go to the casino cage to get them... they said they couldn't me a roll and that i should just walked across the street to the convenience store. Make the machines credit card accessible or put a coin machine in... also, 1 dryer to 3 washers?! Actually 2 washers because 1 was out if order

We were there for 10 days and only had our room cleaned or refreshed 1 day. I don’t understand how you think 1 roll of toilet paper would last us 10 days. We had to empty our trash every day and get towels and toilet paper from the front desk.

We had a room with two queen beds. The one bed had crumbs, crusty (like someone with dry crusty feet) at the foot of the bed, under the covers. Lotion, conditioner seals were broken and lids open. Super disappointed. Was told they couldn't give us money back because we booked through a 3rd party. Unbelievable.

The eggs and biscuits & gravy served at breakfast was excellent. The shower head in my room was nice. The casino was a lot of fun to stand in the bar area and talk and have a good time. Our rooms did not have a refrigerator as advertised and when I called the front desk, I was told none were available.

Would never stay again. Says they have a pool but don’t. Hotel is outdated and walls and floors are paper thin. Kids in room above me sounded like they were jumping around and wrestling all day and night until midnight at least. Called front desk 3 times total to have them talk to that room and all they did is told me they called once earlier when I complained and acted like that’s all they could do.

I liked everything about the stay except that I booked my stay through the link on hotel, but found a better price via expedia. When I called to cancel the original reservation, I was told verbally it was cancelled. When I got my credit card statement, it had not been cancelled so I had to pay the expensive cost in addition to my expedia stay. Not happy about that. The hotel assusred me it had been cancelled, but it wasn't with the link reservation.
