Stayed 1 night

I stayed at Fiesta Americana Guadalajara for one night while in town to watch a FIFA World Cup match. The location is very convenient, and the hotel was clean. The facilities are well kept, although they do feel a little dated. I did not try the food, but I spent some time at the bar watching matches on TV, and it was perfectly fine for that. The staff was attentive and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, a convenient and reliable option for a short stay in Guadalajara.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the rooms are comfortable. The hotel is quite outdated and could definitely use some updating, but the location is excellent. Despite that, it’s always my preferred choice when I travel alone. When traveling with guests or attending special events, I usually choose a more modern hotel.

The location and amenities were great, we just had a little issue about the room not being ready at arrival, 30 minutes after supposed standard check in:.. I waited 5 minutes supposedly, what turned into 45 , at 50 I asked front desk for my room… other than this incident, we were very satisfied
