Everhome Suites Lexington - Horse Park earns praise for its very clean, modern, kitchen-equipped suites and generally friendly service, with a quiet setting convenient to the highway and large nearby grocery and coffee options.

Common drawbacks include limited free Wi-Fi per room with paid tiers, no free breakfast, and occasional noise from neighboring rooms. Several guests also noted limited toiletries and infrequent housekeeping for shorter stays. A practical choice for travelers who prefer self-catering and a low-frills, extended-stay setup.

Facility was the cleanest facility I have stayed. Seemed there was someone cleaning all the time. The gym was adequate. Only complaint I have would to have more toiletries in the bathrooms. Provided only bar of soap, a small shampoo, and a makeup remover wash cloth.

This is my go to hotel when I travel to Lexington probably once a month on avg. Always very clean, nice outdoor hangout/ grilling spot/patio. If I bring my dog, that's ok for a fee (NOT a Deposit). Rooms are very nodern, the whole facility is obviously recent construction. The property is very convenient to the Interstate, Bluegrass Field, and all things horse racing Highly Recommend. No Continental Breakfast. Quick Food at the Shell Station Next Door

This hotel was fantastic! We were only there for one night but it was clean, comfortable, and affordable. The price made me a little wary, but it turned out to be one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in. The water pressure was great, the bed was super comfy, and it was nice having a coffee maker in the room. If you are planning on spending more time in the room, there is a fridge, microwave, 2 burner cooktop, and plates/pots/pans in the drawers. They also have crock pots and air fryers that you can borrow. It wasn't in a super convenient area as far as food options, but there's a Cracker Barrel and McD's within driving distance. Parking was a little tight but we found a spot. They have a little convenience store in the lobby where you can get microwavable meals and sodas. The pool area looked nice but it's cold out so it was closed. Gym looked pretty nice too. It says that they have Peloton bikes in there. This will definitely be our go-to place when we come back in town!

I highly recommend this property, so much so that I stayed there on my return trip through Lexington as well. It was very clean and tidy, with all the comforts of home, including a kitchenette with dishwasher and an icemaker in the fridge. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Also, there is a huge new(ish) Kroger supermarket with gas station next door, which was extremely convenient. The only bad thing I can say is the luggage carts in the hotel were very cheap and flimsy and difficult to steer.

Staff was very helpful and courteous. The room was clean; however, operation of the television was confusing. Someone above us was jumping and bouncing around continuously for nearly 2 hours. We attempted to call the front desk at 10:30 pm to say something but the phone didn’t work in the room. The noise eventually stopped on its own.

Although new and clean we wont stay there again for 1 reason only, their internet. The? Only free wifi internet access they have allows only one device connection. After that , you have to pay and even the paid options allow only up to 3 devices. I travel with five devices. That does not include my spouse. With all the other hotel options out there with free wifi , this would be the last hotel I would choose to stay in.

The room had a good layout and was comfortable. The noise from the room above and the low water pressure/odd shower head were minor inconveniences. The biggest issue was trying to work with the slow internet and being limited to two devices. Yes, I could have paid additional 3.99 or more per day for faster but if internet is included, it should be useable.

The place was fine--clean, relatively new, good staff. The problem is the wifi policy. It is technically true that there is free wifi, but that's only for one device per room. Beyond that you pay. I've attached a jpg of the full policy. That would cause me to stay elsewhere, but everything else is fine.
