Hotellet var ok. Betalade extra för frukosten 12£ men tyckte inte att det var värt priset, fruktbuffen var inte färsk. Ville använda poolen men tiderna var väldigt dåliga öppet 10-19 hade gärna velat använda poolen på kvällen när man kom tillbaka till hotellet, kunde varit öppen till 21:00 åtminstone. Annars ok centralt läge gångavstånd till sevärdheterna, mellan 15-30 min.

Room was cleaned and fresh every day. Staff are friendly, helpful and generous. The hotel is in walking distance of the metro station and hop-on/off bus routes, and great to use as a base for exploring the city and wider region. Really enjoyed making use of the rooftop pool and bar after a hot day out and about.

Best part is the pool at the top of the hotel, staff were all lovely. You can leave your bags safely at the start and end of stay. Breakfast was buffet hot and cold all you would want. Bad points room was not what was shown on Booking .com expected a lovely bathroom with walk in shower. Got a very old bathroom with mould around bath tub, no shower only a hand held sprayer, toilet seat did not fit and bits falling off.Only three rooms in the entire hotel have theses and they are suites. The bed corners were missing and ripped your leg if you were not careful. Carpets in room and corridor had defiantly seen better days. Our rooms with balcony faced an apartment block above a very noisy road, but then all rooms what ever side you had were the same. The AC only works when you have your card key in the slot in your room so when you came back from a day out the room was hot. The lifts are very small and slow. Staff were all helpful and especially the bar staff at the pool side were lovely. You can have food at the bar by the pool very good menu and reasonable price. The view from the top pool side is just spectacular, the pool itself has one very deep end which no area you can stand up in, then off to the far end a small shallow section for children. Around the pool are bean bags and recliners, absolutely the best part of the hotel. Hotel staff will arrange transport to airport much cheaper than Uber and what l could find on the internet. Walking okay from hotel.

The neighbourhood was extremely sketchy and definitely did not feel safe , especially after dark. There was no ice machine and the bar staff seemed reluctant to provide it without a purchase. Very disappointed that the pool closed at 7pm as we had planned to have evening swims after long hot days in the sun. Overall, not impressed and won’t be back.

I would hardly call it a hotel. More like a ran down student residents. They charge 150 euros a night and don't even put a bottle of water in the room. Bathroom had terrible smell of sewage and balcony it not even 1ft deep.

We used the main roads rather than the back streets (which maps will give you when walking as the shortest distance) and always felt safe. Very close to Omonia Square metro and a short walk to Monastiraki. We would stay here again, for the hotel quality and staff service.

Hotel needs to be updated. There was no thermostat for the rooms air conditioning system, which meant getting up many times during the night or freezing during the night. I am surprised Best Western would have accommodations like this, I expected more from them

Chambre avec 3 lits, le 3e était plutôt un lien de camp inconfortable. J’ai dû demander un matelas supplémentaire que j’ai eu la 2e nuit. Déçue de la literie alors que la 3e personne paie plein pot sa nuit.. le personnel du rooftop est désagréable et impoli surtout la demoiselle qui ne sourit pas et qui nous enlève les assiettes alors que l’une d’entre nous n’a pas fini. L’un des messieurs n’est pas mieux.. heureusement la vue adoucie l’ambiance des employés et surtout la nôtre. La vue est merveilleuse. La piscine est jolie néanmoins mal agencé pour que tout le monde puisse profiter. Très agréable quand on a passé une partie de la journée à se balader/visiter. La proximité du centre 15’ à pied est à privilégiée pour cet hôtel.

Beds were the most uncomfortable bed I ever slept on. Mattress was 3 inches thick. I am only 6 feet tall and my feet were almost hanging off the bed. Our room smelt so bad of sewage that we had to request a new room. Staff was great! Friendly and accommodating. Otherwise this hotel would have been a disaster.

The receptionist at the desk was not friendly at all during check in. Our door to the room would not close easily, had to slam it to close. The photos must have been taken when the hotel was new, it did not look like the photos at all. The area surrounding the hotel was dirty, you felt very unsafe. The TV was from 1990s and no good reception. The toilet was crooked, the tube had a hand wash wand. I was very disappointed to say the least. That being said the roof top was nice. The pool was clean and nice. The staff at the bar were friendly and accommodating. But that was it. The staff for the breakfast were not nice or friendly at all. I would only consider this place as a last resort.

Some staff were super rude because my husband already had a beer when we went to the roof top bar. If she had been nice, we likely would have stayed and spent $. Guess she didn't need our business. The gentleman that was there earlier was very helpful and nice

For many years I have stayed in this Hotel. Got to know some of the staff that have been working there for many years, it was great to see familiar faces. Everyone is pleasant and welcoming. I used the pool and the service up there was excellent also. The rooms are always very clean and tidy and the Hotel is close to everything, which makes things easier for us foreigners visiting Athens. Keep up the great job.

I dropped off my luggage early morning and returned to checkin at late afternoon. A female staff asked me to fill a form of my personal information. I told her that I had completed the form while I dropped my lugguage in the morning. She was upset until she found my form which was just sat in the reception table. I think that her attitude was not good to serve a customer like this.

The Dorian is very well located, my single room was well appointed and clean. Athens is quite safe, and although the area around the hotel looked dirty and full of graffiti, it was perfectly fine to walk around during daytime. The rooftop restaurant has an amazing view of the Acropolis, and the food at the restaurant there was quite good, but not as much as the friendly and efficient staff. Would definitely stay there again!

Three nights in Athens been here many times so had a good idea of where to stay and qual of hotel. Omonia has changed a lot , we didn’t feel the area was particularly bad and Sat by fountain most nights no issues lots of places to eat.. Excellent metro links to all sites and Airport. The hotel room was good had an upgrade the bed comfortable room and bathroom good. One issue was air con not working and at 26c coming from uk winter it felt hot in the room we were able to open window at night so not too bad. Check your air con before unpacking. Otherwise for the price we had no issues usual single news channel, think one other channel for various tv series etc in English . Think most hotels should just upgrade the TVs so people can stream from phone. I would stay at Dorian again.

The Dorian is very well located, my single room was well appointed and clean. Athens is quite safe, and although the area around the hotel looked dirty and full of graffiti, it was perfectly fine to walk around during daytime.
