The hotel is in a bit of a sketchy area. The lobby was decent and the pool looked okay but was closed when we checked in. The halls were unvacuumed and our room smelled weird. We also had no hot water in our shower.

The included breakfast featured fresh made Belgium waffles. They also had various cold cereals, oatmeal packets, bagels, cream cheese, jelly, coffee, tea, and juice. Overall, better than many other motels I’ve stayed at. My room was clean, attractive, and in good repair. They have a pool that Is well maintained but not a lot of people used it. My grandkids came over twice to use the pool and had a blast. My only negative comment has to do with several people who hung out in the parking lot smoking all day. Not sure what their deal was.

This is exactly what we were looking for as we only needed a place to stay. There is a pool but there is a terrible red bacteria all over the pool deck that is slippery. I am glad my children were not with me. Also, the hotel is surrounded by homeless encampments. This is not a problem for me as I work with the homeless and again, I am glad my children were not with me.

The price was right but the entire property has been neglected. Weeds are 5-6’ high, the reception person was horrible, the fitness center was loaded with boxes and was closed. My guess is that the Inn will be closed soon.

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was too awful to ignore. As soon as I pulled back the covers, I noticed the bedsheets were visibly dirty covered in multiple stains that looked like they hadn't been washed at all. It was absolutely disgusting and made me question the hygiene standards of the entire hotel. Clean sheets are a basic expectation for any place that charges guests to sleep there, let alone $200. I immediately asked the front desk for new ones, but even the replacement looked questionable. It completely ruined my stay, and I didn’t feel comfortable or safe sleeping in that bed. If you care even a little about cleanliness, I highly suggest staying somewhere else. I won’t be coming back and I recommend you don’t either.

The front desk clerk was very nice and understanding the room was filthy and the beds were gross there was dog hair and human hair in the bed under the sheets on the floor and in the bathroom there was human skin flakes on the box spring like it had not been cleaned the windows were dirty and fogging up in between the glass the surface had dirt and something was on the wall in spots that I didn’t want to know what it was. But I will say the clerk was very kind and very helpful in the process of canceling my booking and so was the person on your end very helpful indeed.

Exterior door locks were broken off and were even propped open, so any stranger could just walk into the building at all hours, and it let all the AC out. Guests were smoking in the hotel and our room even smelled like stale smoke that no one even bothered to try to hide. Someone puked in the hallway and it was never cleaned, only masked with scented spray. I went to Walmart and drenched all of the bed linens and shower curtain with heavy duty odor control Febreze and "fumigated" the room with Lysol air sanitizer just to make it bearable to sleep - yes, the smell kept waking me, irritated my throat, and gave my roommate a massive headache until we freshened it up. The toilet paper holder was broken off so we had nowhere to hang TP. They only gave us two bath towels to last four days, no hand towel for the sink, and they were stingy with giving extra trash bags for the room. There were no chairs, night stands, lamps, clock, or phone in the room. A broken TV stand, a surprisingly clean microwave, and an unlevel frig were the only furniture available. There wasn't even a stand or spare table to place your luggage!

This was by far the most disgusting hotel that I’ve ever stayed at. The entire hotel reeked of cigarettes, there were no blankets on the bed, we used our sheet as our blanket and there was a huge clump on hair around the edge of the bathtub when we first got into the room

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The 2.5 star rating was from when this address was a 'Quality Inn' chain run property. They would be lucky to get a full single star now. As soon as you walk in the lobby smells like dollar store carpet deodorizer and its overpowering. They allow commercial vehicles to park on the property and run all night (refrigeration trucks). I found dark womens hair under the covers of my bed and my family member found blonde womens hair in his aswell as in the towels. ...so they dont even clean the sheets. Its also weird to have people (owners) live in a commercial hotel. The condition of the property is terrible... I have never seen even an appartment building in such disrepair. TV was ancient. No Alarm clock (I get people use their phones but its a good back up). Theres train noise and highway noise at night. Its also beside a 24 hour McDonalds which brings lots of yelling etc. Was listed as having a pool but its only outside and was closed for the year. Room smelled like cigarettes and it impacted our breathing. We had to have the window open for our 5 day stay. The microwave had mold in it. The shower curtain had mildew on it. The furniture and lamps etc all had stains or chips. This property should not be carried on Expedia. I will be reaching out independantly to share feedback on my experience. The good: cheap/easy booking, pillows seemed clean, shower worked, door keys worked, it had a small privacy please sign for the door. Brutal stay.

Wasn't looking around or at the property, its always the clientele. My problem was the room, no chair, no nightstand, 2 wash cloths, door too close to the toilet, uneven HVAC. But the location worked for me.

The room was OK. There were no towels, no beside table, no chair for desk, no place to hang clothes, no grab bar in tube, the tub drain backed up, no facial tissues. The beds were comfortable, and water was hot and AC worked fine.

I know you get what you pay for, but man this place is rough lol. I had a dirty pillow case, the fan in the bathroom was whining like crazy, one of the lights for the room didn’t work, and not even hot water for the shower. Took like 5 minutes to even get to lukewarm temp lol

The property was convenient to the areas myself and my daughter were intending to visit over our 3 day stay. The facility has varying levels of disrepair throughout. Our own room had multiple electrical outlets, lights and USB ports that didn't work. Furniture in the room was dinged up and in poor condition. Painted portions of building interior of building were scraped and dinged up, even in the main lobby and service desk areas. Rooms are generally very narrow with no room in the tiny bathrooms for the sink, therefore the sink is located across from the bathroom in the living space. Seating in the room is extremely limited, and the chair at the desk in our room was broken making it unusable.

Rachel at the Front Desk was great! Quick service, friendly and answered questions that I had. My room was clean, no bugs, comfortable bed and AC and TV worked fine!! Breakfast was great, just enough for me!! Donna was there cleaning up after everyone. She was willing to make me a waffle or egg sandwich but I was good. Check out was easy and quick. I would stay here again!

Check in was horrible. There was two people at the desk. Neither greeted us. The agent who was checking us in didn’t smile and looked as if she didn’t want to be there. The phone rang she stopped helping me and answered the phone. Meanwhile the lady sitting next to her was looking at the computer screen. The blanket on one of the beds was dirty. I had to remove it. My daughter spilled something on the bed so I went to get some fresh sheets. I encountered another agent I greeted nothing. I then spoke again and he answered. He also looked as if he had an attitude and didn’t want to be there. On check out day I went to check out and there was different agent there, I greeted her she just looked at me. I told her I was checking out she said “ok” and rolled her eyes. I will not be staying here again. I work in the hospitality industry myself and never have I experienced such unpleasant people.

The location, right off the highway and next to fast food, is excellent - however the hotel itself, not so much. It felt a bit sketchy when we drove in, tons of debris and several vehicles with no license plates. It felt like people live in this hotel full time. The hotel itself has a very strong unpleasant smell, mustiness covered in body spray. It was actually bothersome it was so strong. Our room was overly warm and smelly, but it did appear clean at first glance. However we did find used "q-tip" under the sink. Free breakfast was fine for what it was - good thing you can get REAL coffee right next door. Staff was friendly and helpful. Although the price was reasonable, we probably will not stay here again.

Hotel is under renovation, while there are signs of renovations being made, it did not make the stay uncomfortable. The rooms were clean, though they need to give more towels and washcloths. The front desk person was gracious enough to change our rooms closet together, instead of floors apart, which I appreciate.

Only the room had a bit of a bad smell, but the front desk guy was very kind and moved me to another beautiful room that didn't have a bad smell. I do give the front desk 5 stars for the good and friendly service. He is the best.

Mid range hotel about a 15 min walk from Middleborough train station. behind a McDonalds couldn't see a lot else nearby for food. Seemed to be used by workmen there was a lot of pickups and vans in the car park. It's a bit out of the way but reasonably priced for Boston area, which I have always found expensive.

This is exactly what we were looking for as we only needed a place to stay. There is a pool but there is a terrible red bacteria all over the pool deck that is slippery. I am glad my children were not with me. Also, the hotel is surrounded by homeless encampments. This is not a problem for me as I work with the homeless and again, I am glad my children were not with me.

The staff was very nice and straightforward. The complementary breakfast was fine, beyond that, I would NOT recommend this place, especially for families. It’s a fine place to bunk for the night, maybe, but be cautious of your surroundings. The rooms were fine, not 100% clean, but not super dirty. The walls are thin and the general crowd of people who stay are really sketchy. Someone was screaming in the halls one night, and I got yelled at through the windows another night, there are a couple abandoned cars in the lot and sketchy people. We did not feel safe when we stayed, but it was doable for a super cheap price point. If you’re considering staying due to the cheap prices, I urge you to reconsider to a nearby reputable hotel. This hotel had old furniture from the old quality inn and days in that USED to be on the property. Long story short: fine to sleep in, but loud, sketchy and somewhat dirty. The included breakfast featured fresh made Belgium waffles. They also had various cold cereals, oatmeal packets, bagels, cream cheese, jelly, coffee, tea, and juice. Overall, better than many other motels I’ve stayed at. My room was clean, attractive, and in good repair. They have a pool that Is well maintained but not a lot of people used it. My grandkids came over twice to use the pool and had a blast. My only negative comment has to do with several people who hung out in the parking lot smoking all day. Not sure what their deal was.

I did not like the bare wires hanging from the ceiling where a smoke alarm was supposed to be (rm 121) and for the same price a year ago I had a breakfast buffet with eggs, sausage, etc., not just cold cereal.

Everything was great. This one night was an extra night I added to my stay. My only complaint was the parking. Needs a bigger parking lot. If you go out on a weekend and come back late at night, forget about finding a space.
