Hilton Lake Home - Hot Tub

Our host ensured our stay was pleasant. We stayed in the winter, so we didn't use any of the lake items; however, they were available for use which would be excellent in the warmer months. The house was perfect for our weekend!

House and amenities were in good condition.

Little issue with the hot tub upon arrival but property manager handled it quickly. She was very responsive in all aspects of our stay. Home was very clean and comfortable.Property is beautiful and just as described.

House was good however the windows and screens on the porch off the dining area that had the view were filthy. Looked like you were looking thru a haze. It also smelled musty from the hot tub below. That was one of the reasons we booked this property - the view. The walk down and back to the water is a bit steep. Don't think pictures really do justice the the slope. While at the dock there is no where to sit other than on the area. Nothing on the land. Bit disappointing for us. Return grill for HVAC in living room was filthy. Ceiling fan blades could also have used a cleaning. Outdoor seats near hot tub were filthy and wet. Not really useable without a good cleaning. On the up side we were fortunate to see several deer on multiple occasions right up the street! Quiet neighborhood. Would not visit this property again.

Our trip to Lake Murray was amazing. The house was impecable, communication was excellent, the hot tub was a treat, the traveling times to Columbia and other spots on our list were all under 30 minutes, which made for a terrific experience. highly recommend this beautiful lake retreat to anyone looking for a lake getaway.
