What guests think

Reviews of stayAPT Suites Memphis-Cordova/Wolfchase Galleria describe a newer, generally clean property with spacious, comfortable suites and helpful staff, but note intermittent front-desk availability and check-in communication issues that can make arrivals feel impersonal.

Housekeeping is often solid, though a few guests reported unswept floors or debris under beds. Facilities feedback notes occasional elevator outages; one review reported a poorly maintained paid laundry and duplicate charges, while others appreciated the peaceful courtyard. Several guests also wished for basic kitchen items like paper towels and dish soap. Overall, expect suite-style comfort with the possibility of inconsistent staffing and minor maintenance issues.

Great stay! The property is new, clean, and well-maintained. Check-in was smooth, and everything went exactly as expected. The suite was spacious and comfortable—perfect for a short or extended stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Pros- New property. Loved the courtyard. Quite, clean, and the front desk ladies were nice. Beds slept well. Cons: The Toilet flush was weak. The floors weren't swept, so they couldn't have been mopped. A lot of debris under the beds. I understand that it's an extended stay. I would suggest having one roll of paper towel, salt and pepper shakers, and a small bottle of dish detergent.

Great communication with the manager! Very comfortable and clean rooms. I gave an overall rating of 4 stars and not 5 because the elevator was not in service.

Great place with needed amenities. Check in was a breeze. Thank you so much. Only things I would suggest are cover for smokers outside building and keep kids on first floor please. I got hardly any sleep cause so much noise from running around above me.

Over all. I liked the property. In the end there was poor communication. The laundry facility is not well maintained by CSC and watch your funds! Only way to pay is cc or tap and I noticed several duplicate charges from CSC. The washers and dryers are filthy especially for a new facility. Over all clean, but this has a lot to do with being a newer facility. It won’t be for long if not better maintained! The courtyard is peaceful and nice

Great customer service and kind compassionate staff is so rare these days and if that’s what you want Stay APT SUITES CORDOVA is your place! I’m disabled and although I’m not a fan of roll in showers (my fault bc I booked it and didn’t request a change) the on site management went above and beyond to ensure i was taken care of. This is also a clean and secure/safe property. I highly recommend it. They did allow me to use broom during business hours but You will need to bring cleaning supplies for long stay if you want to clean yourself( my understanding but confirm this with the team) the suites still smell clean and communication is wonderful! I just can’t say enough great things! I would love to stay at this property again!

The only issue was the elevator didn't work upon our arrival and the first day. It was just a hassle lugging our luggage up and the baby up flights of stairs. It didn't work the next day but they did repair it by Sunday. The suite was nice but the floors could use alittle more attention my toddler was black from dirt after playing on the floor. The hotel it self seemed well kept. We will stay again in the future.

We tried checking in online around 3:30. But couldn't. Tried numerous times. Called the hotel around 5:30. No answer. Left a message. Called back again around 6:15. Was told the online check in wasnt working. Finally wnt and checked in around 7pm. The second night the power was out at our hotel and the surrounding area. Of course, no fault of their own. The beds were extremely comfortable. The room was clean and spacious.

Newer construction. Quiet and comfortable, but... no one there to check us in or out. Had to call a phone number to get someone to come to lobby to check us in. Lobby closed and locked the morning we checked out. Had to slide keys under the doors. Felt very impersonal and uninviting, but it was quiet, clean, and comfortable.
