I booked this room specifically to take my granddaughter swimming and the pool pictures were perfect. When we arrived we were notified that the pool and hot tub were not open for use. I think we should have gotten some kind of compensation for this big disappointment!

This was a fabulous hotel. Would have rated higher but ac in the room which worked great made an annoying sound Not loud but annoying at night. Maintenance was quick to check it out but I think there was nothing that could be done. Breakfast was great, staff was attentive. Pool and hot tub were great. No other complaints very convenient and quiet location.

We went to our nephew Senior football game at Five Star Stadium. Homewood was right in the neighborhood. The hotel was clean, and the room was amazing. It was set up for a couple the live there a week. Full kitchen, plenty of closet space, great breakfast, nice gym and pool, grills outside.

No wipes available in workout room so equipment is probably dirty. The breakfast was not appropriate for anyone who is vegetarian vegan or gluten free. Just give us fruit and oatmeal and alternative milk. Very disappointed with the breakfast

Brand new hotel. Clean property. The room we were assigned to was a very spacious one room studio. However, the A/C went out at 1:30am. We tried to stay in the room but got very concerned when the unit at the window got very warm. We ended up having to switch rooms with our two children at 3:30am. The staff member at the front desk during this process was quick to get us the other room and explained they have been having issues even though it is a new location. The breakfast options were fantastic! The gym had great equipment. Was a little disappointed that the hours stated it wasn't open until 7am (unlike other hotels which are 24/7), but we were able to work it into our schedule. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely new property next door to a Marriott Townplace suites, where we had stayed several times. Nice hot buffet breakfast included. Indoor pool water was too warm. Jacuzzi was not working. Free laundry until credit card system is up and running. Kitchen area very small but usable. Marriott gas outdoor pool only and very nice full kitchen. Both places have outdoor patio with fire pit and grills. Homewood seems a bit more upscale but not by much. Staff was friendlier at the Marriott property.

Parking was readily available and very convenient. The room was very clean and comfortable, it also smelled nice which is a big plus. The bed was super comfy and there were plenty of fluffy pillows. The shower always had hot water and the water pressure was great. The breakfast selections were varied and delicious; I particularly liked the breakfast burrito bar. They had a rotation of two different proteins each morning and they were all very good. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful; huge shout out to Kaden who burns the midnight oil here. He was very hospitable during our very late check-in. Also a big thanks to Diana who answered all of our questions/requests with kindness. The location is incredibly convenient, near the highway but not on the highway, in an area that doesn’t get too much traffic. It has a lot of walkable food options nearby, which is nice. All in all, this was a really fantastic place to spend our time in Thornton.

Really nice experience! We had a really comfortable King bed. The room also had a sofa, large flat screen TV, and a small kitchen with microwave, cook top, large fridge, coffee/tea maker. The real silverware, plates, glasses and coffee cups (not plastic!) were so appreciated. The bathroom was thoughtfully put together and very clean. Loved the awesome shower with large sliding glass doors, grab bar and high quality shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in dispensers attached to the wall. There was a small ledge built in - not big enough to sit on but perfect for shaving your legs! We especially liked having the sink area separated from the toilet/shower area. A hand lotion dispenser was attached to the wall by the sink. We viewed but didn't use the fitness room (really nice) and the huge indoor pool. These would be especially great for a family or folks into working out. Definitely a repeater! I'll be looking for Homewood Suites by Hilton in other areas next time we travel. Note: they charge $30 to your credit card upon check in for incidentals which is immediately credited back to your account on check out if nothing was charged to your room.

Room was clean, spacious and well-furnished. Only gripe is the desk told me breakfast would be open 6-10am on weekdays but it was completely shut down when I came down at 9:05. Even if I had misunderstood her, which I know I didn’t, most hotels keep theirs going til 9:30.

Well Maybe dont book with expedia?? I paid for a 2 queen room and they ran out of those and said expedia would refund me one night. That they were working on it. That was 5 weeks ago. They claimed Expedia forced an oversell and it happens all the time. In over 15 years using expedia it had not happened to me before with other hotels so not sure what to believe. I had to share a King with my adult daughter for 2 nights. Facility was fantastic. Breakfast was great but unhappy not getting what I reserved and being promised a partial refund that has not happened. There is no way for me to get a hold of expedia to follow up on hotels claims.

The hotel was good. The issue was on the day we arrived, there was no hot water at all for 24 hours. We understand that things can break. The problem was that none of the guests were warned. That was unacceptable. We spoke to the front desk the following morning regarding this and they said they were told as the night management left. We all were freezing from the surprise showers. Many guests were complaining. No other issue.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Check in was quick and staff was very friendly. The room was clean and very spacious. We wish we could have stayed longer but we were only there for the night becuase of an early flight the next morning. We did not get to enjoy the breakfast becuase of our early flight. It would have been nice to have to-go breakfasts or something like that.

Brand new hotel. On Street View Google maps, the latest date had it still being built. I just got a regular room and it was quite large. Very clean, very spacious lobby.. We rolled in after midnight and the doors were locked, but the front desk girl answered the bell quite happily And got me checked in. Being that late, we didn’t get to take advantage of the pool and we slept through the breakfast so I don’t know about those and how they were. There were some snacks available at the front if we had wanted them, and from our window I could see a grill area in the back. For the price, I was very happy and with it being kind of far away from everything, I felt my car was pretty safe sitting out there, too.

A wonderful stay in a clean and friendly hotel! Having worked in the hotel industry, top-notch stay including breakfast complimentary of the area. I always appreciate a Homewood and this one did not disappoint. Easy access on and off the highway.

Dining
Breakfast is frequently praised for taste and variety, with several calling it one of the best free hotel spreads. Some experienced early closure or slow replenishment, limited options for special diets, coffee that could be better, or no early grab and go.

Clean room, comfortable bed, most well lit hotel room I've stayed ever stayed in, great variety for breakfast. The coffee wasnt great, but since everything else was above average, it's a small trade off.

No wipes available in workout room so equipment is probably dirty. The breakfast was not appropriate for anyone who is vegetarian vegan or gluten free. Just give us fruit and oatmeal and alternative milk. Very disappointed with the breakfast

Room was clean, spacious and well-furnished. Only gripe is the desk told me breakfast would be open 6-10am on weekdays but it was completely shut down when I came down at 9:05. Even if I had misunderstood her, which I know I didn’t, most hotels keep theirs going til 9:30.

Only thing that could have been better was breakfast service. Food and coffee were not replenished in a timely fashion. They need to anticipate and prepare. Otherwise, an excellent stay.

Room was super clean and so was the property. King bed was comfy, but pillows sucked as usual at any hotel. The jacuzzi being broken sucked, no temperature control. If that was working properly, rating would have been 5 stars accross the board. I would stay here again, hopefully that jacuzzi is fixed by then!
