What guests think

Travellers describe Galeria Plaza Leon as a modern, mostly clean hotel with comfortable rooms and a convenient setting in a small shopping plaza, highlighted by a rooftop pool with city views and generally friendly staff.

A recurring complaint is the lack of included parking; guests must pay to use the plaza’s garage, and some find the process inconvenient. Multiple reviews cite finicky or noisy air conditioning, light-leaking curtains and sensors, and occasional housekeeping misses. Dining feedback is mixed: several enjoyed the buffet and food, while others found breakfast limited, cold, or slow, especially during rooftop service. Overall, expect a stylish, comfortable stay with a few rough edges.

Stayed 1 night

Mucho ruido y mucho polvo.
