I just returned from a 4 night stay at 5 Frogs Hotel in Bucerías and everything was great! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The suite was huge, clean, and had more amenities than we could use! There were plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas to borrow, and the beach is very close by. My teenagers were also very happy :) We had delicious tapas from the restaurant downstairs.

Beautiful newly renovated suites with fully stocked kitchen and semi private lounging area with bbq. Loved the pools and on site bar. Staff was incredibly friendly and attentive and went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable! We will definitely be back!

The property has new owner, new name and is having an overhaul. I am only the third guest. They are still working on ten units. There are two small pools and the property has lots of interesting statues, murals in cantera stone. I rented unit 2 on the second floor with a shared balcony complete with barbecue grill, table and chairs with umbrella overlooking the pools on one side and the street on the other side. Half a block from the beach. Interior of the suite is like a one bedroom apartment. Granite countertops, new appliances, everything you need to prepare a meal is provided. I don't think I would have made it without the split unit air conditioner. So much more than I expected.

5 FROGS is without a doubt, the nicest place that I have ever had the privilege of staying at in all of Mexico. It's manager, Melissa bent over backwards In attempt to meet my needs and to answer my questions She is, extremely friendly, always has a smile on het face and always has an answer to any questions I had. The bartender was also consistently in a good mood and always happy to provide assistance. He has such a great attitude and extremely funny - Such a great sense of humor. The property itself consists of a number of condos. The entire condo was immaculately clean and comfortable. They have two pools which were a perfect comfortable temperature. The lobby area basically consists of a little bar/restaurant. They have a tapas style menu and every single item on that menu is mouth wateringly delicious and so affordable. The units are also very affordable! A 2 or 3 minute walk to a delightful coffee and pastry shop. The location is a 4 minute walk to the beach, shops and markets.

They clean and bring fresh towels every 2 to 3 days, which seems to be standard in the area. The manager is great and does everything in his power to make your stay a good one. The bartender is funny & lively. The pools are clean and refreshing. Cons - the A/C struggled to keep the room cool, even with all of the shades drawn, and the bed is VERY firm.

La cocina estaba bien equipada, con todos los utensilios en perfecto estado. Quiero destacar especialmente la atención del personal, que fue excepcionalmente amable y servicial en todo momento.

Beautiful place in the best central location, with access to the beach and all restaurants. The vibrant colours and the art objects add to the uniqueness of this place. The property has new owner, new name and is having an overhaul. I am only the third guest. They are still working on ten units. There are two small pools and the property has lots of interesting statues, murals in cantera stone. I rented unit 2 on the second floor with a shared balcony complete with barbecue grill, table and chairs with umbrella overlooking the pools on one side and the street on the other side. Half a block from the beach. Interior of the suite is like a one bedroom apartment. Granite countertops, new appliances, everything you need to prepare a meal is provided. I don't think I would have made it without the split unit air conditioner. So much more than I expected.

Nice boutique hotel, half a block from the beach. The rooms are like condos, with living room, bedroom, bath, kitchen, and dining. The kitchen has everything you need except the food. They clean and bring fresh towels every 2 to 3 days, which seems to be standard in the area. The manager is great and does everything in his power to make your stay a good one. The bartender is funny & lively. The pools are clean and refreshing. Cons - the A/C struggled to keep the room cool, even with all of the shades drawn, and the bed is VERY firm.

The host at the front, David is super friendly and helpful. He took care of us the entire time. Anything that we asked, he was ready to help and provide. Oscar, at the bar was super friendly and made wonderful drinks and if we didn’t like it, and it wasn’t to our taste he would change it for us. The cleaning staff were friendly and professional. The property is really well maintained very quaint, right in the heart of the quiet Bucerias this is just a wonderful place to stay. We highly recommend it. Thank you so much David and team!

I just returned from a 4 night stay at 5 Frogs Hotel in Bucerías and everything was great! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The suite was huge, clean, and had more amenities than we could use! There were plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas to borrow, and the beach is very close by. My teenagers were also very happy :) We had delicious tapas from the restaurant downstairs.

Beautiful newly renovated suites with fully stocked kitchen and semi private lounging area with bbq. Loved the pools and on site bar. Staff was incredibly friendly and attentive and went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable! We will definitely be back!
Beautiful newly renovated suites with fully stocked kitchen and semi private lounging area with bbq. Loved the pools and on site bar. Staff was incredibly friendly and attentive and went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable! We will definitely be back!

This newly renovated (but kept the mexican charm) is amazing. We will not stay anywhere else in Bucerias. Tapas bar delicious and friendly staff, the apartments are absolutely beautiful, with each having its own theme, stocked with new appliances, and character, clean, 2 pools and the most lovely experience for our firat time in Bucerias. We enjoyed every moment.

This place! Amazing, everyone so friendly, air con was wonderful, nice exterior sitting area, every appliance you could wish for and to top it off Denny dishes, we were so impressed. The staff went out of their way to be accommodating, room service three times a week, Oscar and bar staff were amazing and helpful. Shuttle up to town whenever required, beach 11/2 blocks away. What else can I say?
