Fantastic Location to Zion National Park. We loved the views and while the room wasn't that big, it did met our needs. Just an fyi there is no elevator so if you choose a 2nd floor unit, there is just a ramp that isn't very conveniently located to get upstairs. Nice to have laundry facilities and plenty of washer/dryers. We save some wildlife roaming the property which was fun to see.

New hotel located 3 minutes from the entrance to Zion. Has an on site restaurant which most nearby hotels do not have. Refreshing pool with hot tub after a long day of hiking is a plus.

They added $20 per day parking without notifying me. They gave me a placard and told me to put it on my dashboard. Not a single word about $20 per day until I checked out. By then I was late and was not into having a big argument about it. The front desk person - same that checked me in - then told me about the fine print

Great location. Easy shuttle ride to the entrance of Zion National Park. Kids liked playing in the pool and soaking in the hot tub after a good day of hiking.

Beautiful hotel with stylish rooms, comfy beds, and great amenities like a gym and pool. Unfortunately, our room had a strong odor from the bathroom that wasn’t resolved despite reporting it. No elevators made luggage difficult, and housekeeping left dirty towels outside our room for hours, that weren’t ours. Parking was also limited due to shuttle access for non-guests. Staff was friendly, and the location is walkable to good restaurants and shops.

The hotel was located very close to Zion National Park and had many dining options. The check in process was excellent as the staff was friendly and provided information about the hotel amenities. The pool was clean and not crowded. The rooms look updated and are comfortable. The only issue we encountered was that we could not enjoy the outdoor as much because there were roaches and other insects outside the rooms. At first i thought it was due to the sprinklers being on but we found smaller roaches in one of the rooms.

Beautiful atmosphere. Room wasn’t ready when we arrived at check-in (this seemed to be a common problem). Shared our room with a cockroach we had to exterminate. Room equipped with a leaky AC unit that completely drenched our pup’s bed.

The room was nice and clean. That is the nicest thing I can say. The pool was disgusting. Dirty towels and garbage everywhere. Cockroaches running out from under the chairs. No clean pool towel. The lounge chairs and lounge beds were so stained and gross. The hot tub was half full of water. I tried to do laundry one night- get to the laundry room and they don’t have soap to buy. I go to the office get soap. Back to the laundry room. Put my stuff in the wash and go to the change machine to get more quarters for the dryer. It’s broke. Go to the office to get quarters. They have none and won’t have any for who knows when. In the room we only had 3 bath towels. Reservation was for 4 people. Went and got a 4th towel from the office. Next day the maid takes our towels and leaves 3 again. I am done going to the office at this point! Our check out morning the maid knocks on our door, kids were sleeping and it woke them up! We were checking out that day, no reason to come to our room and knock. Super frustrating place to stay! And I am not usually picky! Never again!

I was disappointed that there was little to no wifi connection. The front desk staff said they had no control of the bandwith available. I also reported upon my arrival the carpet bieng wet. There was a lot of condensation water on the floor from the AC unit. Nothing was done. The experience was NOT as I had expected

Cons: When checking in we knew the property wasn’t super busy and I asked for a room that didn’t overlook the parking lot. A lot of them do -which they tell you once you’re sitting on the patio you won’t see the parking lot. I respectfully disagree and the walkways to the rooms go in front of the balcony so people are walking in front of you. The lights are also super bright on the walkways so it doesn’t make for an enjoyable experience at night. Every day I had to go to the lobby and ask for refills of the coffee pods/sugar/stir sticks for the coffee maker. They only give you 2 bottles of water when you check in so need to get water for the coffee maker. Pros: We had a 1 bedroom which was nice -good size and bed was comfortable. Pool was nice. It’s a solid hotel and location was convenient-stop 4 for the Zion buses. Easy walk to restaurants etc or bus ride. Parking was easy.

Great hotel about 1 mile from the entrance of Zion. It was newly remodeled and had everything you could need - pool, gym and very tasty restaurant. The room was nicely decorated, clean, and beds were very comfortable. Best hotel I’ve stayed at outside a national park.

Air-conditioning loud and didn’t cool properly. Room stayed at around 76 degrees with the window closed and there were four of us. Temp was too hot to sleep comfortably and the air-conditioning made too much noise. (We left it on in vain, hoping it would work) But on the upside, the nice assortment of USB outlets and regular plug outlets was a welcome difference from the average hotel. Very clean and comfortable beds. Nice lotion and soap.

First, $20 for parking is pretty lame. I get this in big cities, but when it's a hotel in a rural area where literally everyone drives to, it's just a resort fee. Second, the rooms were so loud. It was the loudest air conditioning unit I've ever experienced. The entire think shook every time it turned on. Also every time our upstairs neighbors walked across their room, it sounded like we were under a bowling alley. It made it really hard to get any sleep. The WiFi didn't work. When we went to the front desk, the employee was really upset that he had to put his phone down to talk to me. He said that it can take a couple of hours for the wifi to connect if you're using Android that I should get an iPhone. The bathrooms at the pool were both out of order. Do you know what kids use for a bathroom when there no pool bathroom? Exactly. I'm really not sure how this place is a Marriott. We definitely won't stay there again.

My family came for a half-marathon run and we occupied 3 different rooms. My daughter and her husband had a room with a king bed and there was nowhere to sit other than the desk chair. In addition the sink had no counter space around it. Staying there 3 days with a small child and having nowhere to sit in a room you paid a lot of money for was really disappointing! The bathroom was really disappointing with no place to put your personal items. My room with 2 queens had an extra chair and good counter space. We were all disappointed there were no breakfast amenities. The coffee maker in the room was something I couldn't figure out and so, for the price, I would not come back here.

Off season trip so the property was pretty empty and quiet. We did get an upgrade to a suite which was a nice surprise. Hotel is new, nice and clean. Room was very comfortable.

Our room was beautiful - a large 2 room junior suite located next to green grass for our senior dog. Bath had a lovely rain shower. Decor was excellent. We saw 2 deer during our stay wandering in the back and we had views (outside) of red rock! Only downsides were minimal - only 1 TV controller for 2 TVs despite several requests (only to be told there wasn't one available) We tried calling the front desk but after multiple attempts to reach them - I had to walk down to actually talk to them. Only 1 person at the front desk. The fridge froze our food (we thought the setting was automatic and it isn't) Breakfast was basic but I had just left a hotel that had an omelet chef - yum! Would stay again but may try another comparable hotel just for comparison.

We had a good stay at the Red Cliffs Zion lodge. The place was good, landscaping was definitely nice. I did find the hot tub to be dirty. And also, I called the front desk and talked to one of the receptionist to ask them to send us more pillows and bedsheets for my kids sofa bed but didn’t tend to it right aways even though he said he was going to send it in asap. So we waited a few hours and I had to call again to ask him if it was going to be delivered or not. Anyways, they need to work on their customer service better. The sofa bed should’ve been prepped with bedsheets at least before we checked in considering before we booked I had mentioned there were 4 people in our group.

And also, I called the front desk and talked to one of the receptionist to ask them to send us more pillows and bedsheets for my kids sofa bed but didn’t tend to it right aways even though he said he was going to send it in asap. So we waited a few hours and I had to call again to ask him if it was going to be delivered or not. Anyways, they need to work on their customer service better. The sofa bed should’ve been prepped with bedsheets at least before we checked in considering before we booked I had mentioned there were 4 people in our group.

This is probably the nicest place I’ve ever stayed. The staff member who checked us in was amazing and even gave us a free upgrade for signing up for Marriott rewards. The views are amazing, pool area was great and there are lots of local dining options . The room was furnished and decorated very fancy and meticulously. Very clean and bed was comfortable, I slept like a baby. I cant wait to come back here.

I am writing to formally express my disappointment with my recent stay at your resort. The experience involved multiple issues, from check-in delays to being placed in an inconvenient location, and an unfulfilled refund promise. I was bringing my 4 year old grandson. I was assured that this note would be added to my reservation, which I confirmed by calling back. However, when we arrived at the property at approximately 3:00 PM, there was significant confusion at the front desk. We were told that our rooms were not ready and to return in an hour. This meant waiting in the parking lot in over 100-degree heat with no accommodation or assistance. When we returned at 4:00 PM, there was a long line of guests still waiting to check in. After standing in line again, we were given one room key and then told to return yet again for the second room. By the time we were fully checked in, it was 6:00 PM, after making multiple trips to the desk and enduring long waits. To make matters worse, instead of honoring my original request, we were placed in Building Six at the back of the property, far from the swimming pool, which was the main reason we made the reservation. The worst thing the resort had no rolling carts available to help transport our luggage.

Everything is newly renovated as of Jan 25. All major work is completed. Bar and restaurant are open. The restaurant can be wonderful depending on when you catch it. Its hours are random and the staff are sometimes very overwhelmed. So I recommend your guests visit ahead of time to confirm their dining plans. My wish is that the hotel staff felt more compelled to care about the guest experience and the upkeep of the property. The place will not stay new forever.

The entire Tribute Boutique Hotel was very clean and attentive to well designed decor. When beginning your morning at Red Cliff's Lodge, you are faced with an immediately captivating view of the massive red rocks of Zion jetting up into the sky. Take a stroll through the winsome pathways towards the front clubhouse, pool, or e-bikes as you breathe in the fresh air this land offers. The 360 geological landscape is a photographer's dream, and there are quite a few galleries as well as shops to explore. Since your furry family member is welcome here, you get to experience the beauty together. For those who love a flavor forward meal with great presentation, definitely visit Red Cliffs's Lodge Scout Bar and Grill. The blueberry cobbler French toast on their breakfast lineup was delightful! Lunch, dinner, and well mixed cocktails are also awaiting you after a fun day of adventures in Zion National Park, not even 5 minutes away. I'm so thankful I got to visit this local treasure! Loved this property. It was clean and quiet as well as in walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The hotel restaurant was good but a bit overpriced. The waiter on one evening we went was not very attentive, but others were good du other visits. My one request would be that they replace the towels in the rooms. They were clean but very old and rough.
