During a recent stay on the second floor of this property, my experience was severely impacted by an ongoing disturbance from the floor above. From 10:00 PM until approximately 1:00 AM, there was continuous, heavy pounding on the floor. I contacted the front desk four separate times to report the issue. During these communications, staff acknowledged that the room above was occupied by a basketball team, yet no effective corrective action was taken despite multiple assurances. While hotels frequently host large groups, management has an obligation to maintain an environment where all guests can expect reasonable peace, comfort, and quiet enjoyment during overnight hours. Under local Henderson ordinances, noise that disrupts the peace and quiet of a neighborhood or lodging facility during late-night hours is a serious matter. Unfortunately, the front desk's failure to resolve the situation--even after I indicated the need to involve local law enforcement--demonstrated a concerning lack of overnight security and escalation protocols. A large group's activities should never be prioritized over an individual guest's right to rest. A proactive security presence or a decisive management response on the very first call would have resolved this quickly. As a first-time guest, it was deeply frustrating to feel that my legitimate comfort and safety concerns were minimized. For a hospitality business to succeed, basic common-sense rules regarding overnight noise policies must be enforce

My Place is affordable with no resort fees. It’s clean and the rooms are spacious. Dog friendly. The staff is always super nice and friendly. We like staying here also because it’s quiet and there are a lot of restaurants and shopping around the area.
