Unfortunately, our stay at this Best Western was very disappointing. The king-size room was extremely small and felt cramped. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, there was hair in the tub and on the floor, which is unacceptable for a hotel. There was also a strong cooking odor throughout the hallways that made the entire floor unpleasant. The hotel appears to have been “updated,” but unfortunately it felt like the renovations were done as cheaply as possible rather than with quality or guest comfort in mind. The breakfast buffet, however, was not too bad and was probably one of the better parts of our stay. Overall, the property felt dated, poorly maintained, and lacking attention to cleanliness and detail. For what we paid, we expected much better. Unfortunately, I would not choose to stay at this location again

The staff is helpful and friendly, but the rooms need to be updated/serviced, specifically the bathroom. Some of the windows don't work and some of the showers faucets have algae or black specks on them, which needs to be address and I've told management. Pool is closed, if you desire that, but they have a gym if you want to get quick workout in. But they're are quick to switch you to a better room to try to accommodate, breakfast is always there. Fairly simple eggs, bacon, potatoes, cereal, and your bread/ bake goods, nothing fancy, but there if needs. Beds comfy, room is well lit, and like the bright mirror. Overall 3/5 if you need something quick and reasonably priced, or in a pinch.

Disappointing Experience, More Like a Motel 6 Than a Best Western Don’t expect the Best Western experience you may be familiar with. Unfortunately, this property felt much closer to a Motel 6 than what I would expect from the Best Western brand. The overall condition and quality of the hotel were disappointing, and the property did not live up to the standards I associate with Best Western. If you’re booking this hotel based on the Best Western name and expecting a typical Best Western experience, I would recommend adjusting your expectations. For the price and the brand reputation, I expected significantly better.
