I have stayed at this property many times and each time it seems to be getting worse. It appears that the property has changed hands and is under different owners/management, however, it seems that it has kept the same employees. I am not sure that they are doing the best they can to maintain a safe, clean environment. I visit the area quite often and I will never stay there again.

First off just a heads up. The local Sturbridge police lurk in the parking lot running your plates on arrival.So if you got out standing warrants definitely do not stay here lol.I have to say entire place definitely needs updating. The staff was polite and helpful though. The room was clean had a fridge and alarm clock. No coffee maker or microwave. Fridge was dirty inside. Elevator is loud especially if your room is near it. Just bumped and clanged all night. Interrupting our sleep. Probably all the permanent residents who live here have the better rooms away from the loud elevator. This place is located off the main road behind a pilot gas station and truck stop in a wooded area. Kinda sketchy but it worked. I would not come back though. Definitely a cheap hotel. Worth exactly what i paid but possibly should have paid less.Two stars at best. Fill You In 1 to 10 YouTube channel . This place gets a hard 4.5. Do better Sturbridge.

Hotels very dated and not well maintained. Mattress in classic room with queen bed was garbage and unsleepable. Rugs stained in rooms and hallways, cigarette burn holes in bedspreads, rusty water from taps, bed pillows very small and lumpy from over use. Could hear people in next room, talking, snoring and phones ringing. Minimal breakfast items with two machines out of service. No fruit and minimal cutlery items.

It was nice for the price. The room was super small and the bathroom wasn’t as clean as it should have been. The tub had some rust around the drain. There were people staying in cars and tents out across from the hotel. I think it was the employees. Not really sure but most of the amenities said out of order.

Quick simple place to sleep for the night right nearby the truck stops where you can get gas and food. Nice friendly staff.
