The staff at this location was friendly and extremely helpful. The self parking was convenient. The free made to order breakfast was very good. Lobby to this location is very nice and inviting. We were looking forward to swimming in the pool as we were there for a soccer tournament, unfortunately the pool was out of service and as we were informed has been out of service for quite some time now. This was disappointing as I would expect Hilton to take care of their properties in a timely manner. Doors and locks to the rooms are not working properly (dangerous and fire hazard) we had to get assistance from staff to figure out how to open our door, you have to work the handle a certain way to get it to open. The TV’s in our suite were also not working. Fortunately, we were accommodated and moved to a different room. Most cabinetry is in poor conditioning, the screen to the sliding door is missing hardware and torn. The building lacks maintenance and is in desperate need of upgrades.

The outdoor pool area was unusable and I was going to take a photo of the pool but it was so disgusting I would never get in or have my kids go into that pool. Should be closed with barrier so people don't get sick. It is really bad. The maintenance is terrible so many non working doors including the front sliding doors are out of order for days no fix or anyone working on it. I enjoyed the managers receptions and breakfast they were good but the property is tired and Hilton should either remodel or take their name off of the property.

Pet & kid friendly hotel that we enjoyed our Labor Day weekend at. Our rooms had a very small sitting/kitchen area with adjoining bath & bedroom. It is still quite small but we spent most our time at the large pool while at the hotel. We brought our little senior dog & was able to take him everywhere with us as Temecula is very dog friendly! The Embassy staff that we interacted with were all very friendly & helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

Very dated hotel. Sliding pocket door in bathroom hardly worked. Had to ask for room towels twice..Went to the pool late afternoon, had to be at least 20-25 used towels on chairs with noone around using them with no fresh ones. So went to front desk to ask for more. Said housekeeping would bring some. They came and picked up the old then about an hour later they brought new, about dark at that time. Positive was the gal at the bar was extremely nice for thier happy hour.

The staff was friendly and the room seemed fine until we were getting ready to leave the next morning and found ants. My kids and I left with bug bites. There was also a dirty plate as for several hours by the elevator.

Our stay was terrible. The room was filthy, not updated and had a horrible smell of a backed up toilet. Not only was the room dirty and not updated the staff was a bit rude and unhelpful. I reported the smell in the room and Layla at the front desk said we are at capacity and cannot move you to another room. We can send someone up and see if we can locate the smell. Not what I wanted to hear. The toilet cover was from another smaller toilet, carpets were stained, etc. Terrible experience

Although my overall experience was a positive one, the Property was not well kept. Bathroom was a major disappointment. Not only was it old, but dirty. There was so much hair in the shower drain that there was water retention in the tub.

The customer service was excellent. The room was pretty dirty and it had cobwebs sticky floor stains on the carpet. Cracked mirror rust in the sink. But the customer service was fantastic if they were rude, we would’ve just left. The workers should get a really huge raise for the conditions they have to work in.

The room wasn’t clean, electric blackouts both nights of our stay, they did not clean our room, and we found cockroaches in our room. Not the quality we expected with rating provided with Hotels.com. If there was anything okay it was the breakfast staff.

The hotel is run down. The room I stayed in the Air condition was very loud it sound like a truck was going through the room. There was spot on the couch and the walls are very thin, you could hear the people above us above us and outside our door.

Noise Issues The room had very poor sound insulation. We could clearly hear footsteps and stomping from the room above. From the room next door, we could hear the TV, conversations, and even snoring throughout the night.

This property was unlike other embassy suites experiences I have had in the past. The building was very run down on the inside, chipped paint everywhere, furniture very worn, no hair conditioner in the bathroom (empty bottle) The Tv in the bedroom did not work. Double bed was way too small. Mgr reception there was not enough space to get in and the breakfast in the morning started way too late when we had to drive 9 hrs. Sometimes hotels have given us breakfast bags when we had to leave early. Your employees were the best though, especially Ceasar and Laila.

A very bad experience. Upon entering the room, I found that the air conditioning was not working, and the room was extremely hot, with the temperature close to 90 degrees. I contacted the front desk, who sent an engineer to fix it. After checking, the engineer said it could not be repaired and even mentioned it was strange, because the AC in this room had already been reported broken in the morning—so why was it still assigned to us? I contacted the front desk again to request a room change, but they said all rooms were fully booked and refused to switch us. The only options offered were a refund so I could find another hotel myself, or to contact Expedia for assistance. As a Hilton Honors member, it was very disappointing. Even though I booked through Expedia, I ended up having to pay a much higher rate than usual to stay at a Holiday Inn Express. The whole process took over two hours and more than an hour on the phone. Extremely disappointing.

I’ve stayed here twice before. This time I was so disappointed. We arrived at 4pm, check in time, just to find out that they oversold the rooms and couldn’t give us an estimate on when a room would be ready. The concierge was rude. There were MANY people waiting. We cancelled our room! It was not a pleasant vibe.

Check in was a mess, long line and our room was not ready. After waiting in line twice to check-in, we asked if they could just all us when our room was ready. We were called a little after 5:00 p.m. The room was okay, had a strange smell when we walked in but we got used to it I guess, and didn't notice it after we were in the room for a bit. Bed was comfortable, bathroom and shower worked great and were clean. We noticed we did not have a remote control for either of the TVs so we had to call down to get a replacement. The morning breakfast was a bit chaotic and busy. Lots of hungry people. We arrived about 30 minutes before breakfast was over, so a few things were out, but that was to be expected for the end of the breakfast time. I could see staff were working hard! Not sure if I would stay here again, but it was fine for one night.

We stay exclusively at the Embassy Suites all over the country and have for years. This one is sorely lacking in efficiency management and customer service. Bartender and front desk clerk Brandon and the breakfast crew were the only ones to shine (come to our rescue) $10 parking not posted on the app or on the front desk. I reported my room closet smelling of mildew immediately after check in and asked if housekeeping could come and with disinfectant spray and I was told it was too late in the evening for that (I went out to CVS and bought a bottle of 7th generation disinfectant and 3 other customers borrowed it for their closet and drawers.I advised that we would have to sleep in the living room and could we have an extra blanket. Gal said sure. I waited until 11PM (my bedtime is 10pm) no one showed. I went down to the front desk and the gal said it had been delivered that my friends had called down. I assured her I was the one who called 2 hours earlier and insisted she recheck, she called George who said he had NOT delivered a blanket to my room but would. IT NEVER SHOWED UP!!! Next morning Brandon went to housekeeping himself and brought us a blanket. Patio door wouldn't open so no fresh air. I tried to talk to Cesar about all this upon check out and rather than listen to me he kept interrupting me with excuses. Also, a family of 10 monopolized the jacuzzi from 6 to 10 both nights. No one else could use the facilities. Front desk asked what would you like us to do?

I was sent to a room that someone was already in. Then when I went back to the front desk, they downgraded me. They bed was very uncomfortable also. They said they would give me 50% off my stay. I called Hotels.com and Embassy with no refund. I talked to multiple people at Embassy Suites and they said it would be taken care of. They still haven’t taken care of it.

The room was nice but could stand an update. Leyla at the front desk is fabulous. Friendly, professional and goes above and beyond to make your stay fantastic. I love that you have coffee in the lobby as the restaurant was packed.

The front desk staff were great. Very helpful and accommodating. The room and hallways felt in need of an update. The ac was a bit noisy in our room. The location is great. Across the road is duck pond, it's a great place to take a walk. There are number of nice restaurants in walking distance.

We stay here most every time we come to Temecula. Rooms are always clean. The happy hour and dining is always really nice. The included breakfast with the omelets are always a favorite. The location is great for access to the wineries, freeway and downtown. Gas and shopping right across the street.

When we first arrived to our room, the tv in the bedroom not working, The shampoo dispenser is empty. The food for the breakfast are very limited. One time the potato is needed refill and we ask the staff and the staff was rude and said thats it.. the delivery has not yet come in.. She didnt offer us alternative and not apoligetic.. Overall we didnt enjoy our stay that much.

The hotel as a whole was pretty awesome. The breakfast staff were mostly rude which was disappointing. The omlette chef just threw the finished plate on the counter. Asking questions seem to be irratating breakfast staff. They also ran out of pancake batter in the middle of service and a few other items as well. Other than that our stay was not bad at all. I will be back.

Severely outdated and they did not keep the property clean. There were plates of food from breakfast by the elevator that had been sitting out into the evening. Complimentary breakfast the worked was VERY rude to everyone and kept complaining he was the only one on staff. This does not give the right to treat paying customers that have these complimentary amenities with such awful service. It was many ppl including myself he was rude with and many elderly people as well. Very disappointed as we love all the embassy suites we stay at. We left a day early as we were not comfortable at all.

We’ve stayed in many Embassy Suites over the years and they’ve all been excellent. Until this one. It was not BAD, but it was very tired. The big let-down was the breakfast. The food area looked good from a distance but up close not so much. Very little choice, hot items lukewarm, scrambled eggs in huge chunks that looked pale and a couple of hours old. No cereal bowls until I requested them. And so on. In summary, this hotel was functional but uninspiring.
