My stay at the Comfort Inn was not great. While the hotel room was clean, the pool area is disgusting. The jacuzzi was dirty and the room where the pool and jacuzzi were located is in need of attention. There are missing tiles in the jacuzzi and a thick film on the remaining tiles. There is rust evident in many places. Lastly, the floor of the pool and jacuzzi were both dirty. All in all very disappointing.

The pool was out of order. We drove 2 plus hours for a Jacuzzi in the room and a pool and the pool was out of order. Some electrical issue they said. There should have been an updated posting on the wedsite stating that the pool was out of order. Also, the ice machine on the floor was out of order and while trying to adjust the height of the shower the nozzle broke off. Overall the biggest disappointment was the pool. I wouldnt have driven 2 hours if we had known the pool was out of order.

We were greeted by a horrible sewage smell in the lobby and on the first floor where our room was. The smell was there when we left that evening and when we came back. Thankfully we couldn't smell it in our room or during their limited continental breakfast the next morming. 1 extra pillow could not be accommodated. The pool area was a sauna, with the pool water being just as hot, and a deafening giant fan blowing hot air around. Far from refreshing on an 85°F day. Other than that staff seemed kind, beds were clean and comfortable. Still not worth paying more than I would for a hotel in Mystic.

I've been to this particular Comfort Inn a handful of times. Every time I come it is fine, but this time there is no pool. Apparently they had been waiting for a part for a couple weeks. Well it's not all about the pool it is a nice extra and one of the reasons that I chose this location this time. Not the end of the world though and I will go back, but will call ahead of time to make sure that the pool is working.

The lobby is cute and kept modern and festive. Breakfast was great and the woman managing it was on it refilling and rotating hot food! Well stocked selection and seating. Pool and hot tub were well temp and clean. Rooms were dated but not terrible. Smoke free rooms advertised inside property but outside in the front parking lot people gathered to smoke. Only bummer was that we booked the hotel in hopes of having the shuttle they advertise bring us to Mohegan for our event. I was told the “shuttle is down”. I believe this be a line that will come with future bookings for those relying on this as well shouldn’t count on it either. When asking the front desk, they said it was down so fast it was well rehearsed. No sign was up nor was it mentioned at check in. Felt like something they weren’t being transparent about but relying on it as a selling point..

The pool area which is very popular, was dirty. The chairs have black mold all over them. The windows have mold on them, no one cleans or has cleaned in the pool area in a very long time. Power washed, used a chemical to clean the visible mold everywhere. The room was not vacuumed, shower wasnt touched. Cleanliness is lacking. Breakfast was great and very attentive. We asked houskeeping to leave us towles and garabge bags and got nothing. Cleaninless should be priority.

This hotel has potential but is not cleaned very well. Our first room was filthy. It had hair all over the bathroom, shower and sink. The corners of the room were never cleaned and collecting dust a debris. We asked for the room to be cleaned but there was no cleaning staff so the front desk agent gave us another room. He also told us that that is a common issue. He didn’t seem concerned about the filth at all. The new room was worse! It smelled of smoke and was dirtier! It looked like there was vomit on the bedskirt. Debris all over the floor and overall very filthy. We ended up taking the first room as we needed to get to sleep and wake up early. This facility needs to vastly improve on the cleanliness.

The only good thing I can say is the staff that checked us in was super nice. The property was dirty, I saw no other staff. The halls smelled like pot and our room smelled like cigarettes. Our blanket had stains and the shower was dirty. The breakfast and coffee were not good. The pool and hottub had so much chlorine it stung our eyes, no ventilation. The hot tub itself needs repair, the tiles were crumbling. 15 mins from the casino was nice and we chose this place for the price which was lower but still too high for the overall experience.

Everything was good; rooms were clean, staff members were friendly, shuttle driver was very very nice, breakfast was simple but nice. No complaints, they even allowed us to check out an hour late; pool is nice and warm, hot tub is haaat which we needed coming from Boston. We would stay there again.

I really think this hotel could have been more clean . Windows , floors, entrances, air filters and venting . We always bring our own bag of cleaning supplies and I’m glad we do this because it was definitely needed here.

Overall. The stay wasn't horrible. The check in process was easy, and the free breakfast was great. The general manager was very nice. There were a lot of stains on the bedding for both beds, and there were strange stains on the ceiling. Lots of yelling by guests in a room close to us - the walls seem to be thin. The hotel lost power around 4:30am and it took a few minutes to come back. Lots of beeping from smoke alarm whennmthe power cane back, and it sounded like there was an announcement or yelling in the hallway but we couldn't make it out. We didn't get a chance to use the pool but it looked nice and clean. Beds were pretty standard foe this level of hotel. Not super comfortable, but it was fine for one night.

Stayed here now 3 times. The lobby could cookies 24x7. The room i had could use a snaking. water in bath sink and tub drained very slow. fridge not very cold. LOVE the pillows! Can i purchase them?

Did not wind up getting breakfast during my stay. Room was spacious but outdated. Satellite TV kept glitching during inclement weather. No safe in the room when one was advertised on hotels.com. Handheld shower head positioner was broken. Desk chair back was broken/weak and I almost fell over when I sat in it. Would not recommend and most likely will not be back.

Reception was very friendly and efficient. Good size room with 2 double beds. NY Eve stay and rooms were sound proof. Shuttles to casino and back were provided. Very nice complientary breakfast including warm items such as eggs and waffles. Biggest complaint was that the room carpet looked old and there was a large white stain between the beds.

The pool and hot tub were great! This is the first hotel pool I have been in that was a comfortable temperature. The pool was nicely warm and the hot tub was perfect. Also very clean. My only complaint was that housekeeping was banging on my door at 1030 am on our first morning there. We were staying for 2 nights. Housekeeping then tried to open my door which thankfully I hatch the safety lock in place so they were not able to open it all the way. We were woken up by the banging.

Tried to call down to front desk to request shuttle, phone doesn’t work. Tried to turn tv on, that also didn’t work. I told the gentleman at the front desk and he told me he would look into it. Got back at the end of the night and it still wasn’t fixed. Paying $200 a night for a room without the promised amenities is disappointing. Breakfast was unappealing and the AC in the lobby must’ve been broken because it was humid and hot inside. Best part of the stay is the free shuttle to the casino. The woman who drives the van is very cordial and helpful.

This hotel was located near all the events we wanted to see. In a quiet neighborhood, the rooms were insulated enough not to hear people coming and going or through the walls. Debbie, the manager, checked us in, accommodated connecting rooms and was delightful to talk with. Everyone was kind to speak with and helpful. The rooms were a good size, very clean with comfortable beds and great AC (it was super hot this weekend). As someone who likes a completely dark room, I'd rate it 7/10 for that but 9/10 for everything else. One point deduction for low water pressure (I have very long and thick hair, took a while to rinse). Breakfast was available from 6-10, only grabbed and went since we we running late but seemed good. The pool and hot tub were excellent, very clean, towels available. The pool room runs very warm, fyi. No freezing pool, was warm and very swimmable. Hot tub was good, not scorching, jets worked well on sore muscles. Overall, I've of the better hotels for a reasonable price and well located for site seeing and vacation. Will definitely stay again

Debbie at the front desk was awesome. We had a great stay and would recommend this location to other visiting the casino area. Convenient free shuttle on the weekends and comfortable rooms with great amenities!

This property was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The pool hours were fantastic and open late. Debbie, the manager, was amazing; so bright, bubbly and welcoming. Some areas of the property could use some updating but it didn’t take away from our stay. Would highly recommend. Would stay here again!

It took almost 20 minutes to check in. The lady kept saying my credit card wouldn't work. I explained to her I paid for this room in January and showed her my paid receipt. I said to her the credit card number your saying isn't mine. She wanted to charge my card again. I said here is the paid receipt. Very frustrating.

This is my hometown and to go back home and be able to be so close to all that i knew growing up there was so touching and so sweet for me. Being ßo close to my childhood friends amd able to see and show my boyfriend the beautiful town that i grew up in ...this hotel was the perfect location for everything. And so close to the casinos which he has never been to one. Yet i worked at both of them so was nice to show him around. I will come back amd know this hotel is where we will stay from now on. Thank you.

Overall I gave the stay a 4/5. We came for a 5 day 4 night trip . We only got to use the pool for 2 days until it broke and was out of service for 3 days. The hot breakfast food was the same for the 5 days we stayed there . It was eggs and sausage . The eggs and sausage were okay but I would have liked maybe two different hot breakfasts a week. The staff were great. Super nice super sweet!! They came by to clean our room everyday so that was fantastic . The stairs were a little dirty and our ac as well but overall the stay was a 4/5 for the price and the phenomenal treatment from the staff!!

The only thing is the hotel breakfast wasn’t the best. I tried to have a bagel and it was hard as a rock and then the muffins were stale but the room was clean and spacious. The hotel staff was so friendly and nice. It made up for the breakfast and the second day we ended up going to Foxwoods for a breakfast buffet which was delicious. Over all I would highly recommend this hotel!
