We had to drag 4 heavy suitcase upstairs because the building has no elevators. We had no warning at check in. The lobby and the breakfast area are in a separate building from the rooms which requires walking. It was an inconvenience that I did not expect.

Now they charge $10 for parking now. Pest issues in the dining room they really need to address. Don't go on the lower-level b/c the subflooring is horrible it sounds like the people above will fall right through the ceiling. Staff is nice, maintenance team & housekeeping are attentive the property is close to the beach you can see the rocket launching, if they can do renovations in all buildings it would be better for the price they charge.

This hotel is multiple buildings. The lobby is in one building, and the breakfast is in a different one. Depending on the type of room you choose, it might be a walk to get to some of the amenities. We had a king room, ended up on the ground floor looking at the parking lot. This didn't really bother us, as it was easy access to everything, but it wasn't very glamourous. Easy walk to the beach and to the pier. There are a few restaurants you can walk to, but nothing really of interest- you need to drive. I don't think this is any different of any other hotel in the area, it's not really a beach town so to speak as we expected. The breakfast was good, staff was helpful, but very busy. Pool area with bar was really nice, with tables and umbrellas at each one (2 pools, 1 bar). The beach area was nice, you can rent chairs and umbrellas ($30 for 2 chairs and an umbrella for the day). We walked to the pier and further, it was an easy walk and enjoyable. Overall, it was nice. We paid more than it was worth as it was last minute and a weekend, but if you could book ahead and get a good price, it's good. Room is basic, with a kitchenette (didn't use) and sparse furniture- just two bar stools, no where else to sit. We were happy with it, but it was not luxurious- which was to be expected. Have realistic expectations and you will be happy.

Several buildings, which is a little confusing, but easy beach access is amazing. Navigating check-in is tricky as there is no parking and people everywhere, but once you get to your room, the experience is fantastic. We stayed in the tower on the beach and couldn't have been happier. Great view, great beach access, decent parking, tasty breakfast. Would absolutely stay there again

Hotel was very nice in general, great location. Clean room, great customer service, lots of amenities. The one thing we were not happy about was the strong smell of mold in the room. My youngest son is very sensitive to mold and was up all night coughing. Me and my husband’s noses and throats were burning while trying to sleep: it was rough. We were only there for one night so we made due and sucked it up.

The property amenities were great. Breakfast was surprisingly amazing, with hot food options as well as continental style. Our room was the oceanfront suite. Location was amazing with unobstructed views of the ocean. However, the carpet was absolutely filthy. I noticed housekeeping vacuumed but i believe the carpeting needs shampooing as my feet got dirty from walking around in the room. My kids' white socks turned black. Even though the carpet was not wet, it felt damp, or there was a famp feel in the room. This was not due to humidity as we stayed March 8 to 10, 2025.

Comfortable clean room and generous size shower room with extra sink and work top for beverage maker. Quiet but Motel style hotel , a little tired generally in the communal areas and very spread out over several buildings. Nice good sized pool with bar area , and lots of seating & loungers . Only drawback to our room was that because it was on the ground floor , near the pool , the path outside was quite busy so we had to keep the curtains drawn all day . Very good hot buffet breakfast but in a separate building so a bit of a trek in the morning and difficult to locate ! Good location next to the pier and the beach , with shops and cafes close by . Good value for money .

It was okay. The family suite was small. The pull out sofa was extremely uncomfortable. The shower drain didn’t work, bathroom was very small. Outdated room. Service wasn’t great, they never come and clean your room during the stay and replenish towels/ toiletry. Only good thing was the hot breakfast incl during the stay.

This was a wonderful place to stay and anyone who says otherwise is crazy. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and our room was super clean. We felt safe even while walking back from the nearby pier at nightfall. I was pleasantly surprised to learn I was the customer of the day when I checked in. Alec checked me in and was awesome. So was the day manager who checked us out. The attached restaurant Fish Camp was honestly one of the best I’ve been to. Friendly staff, the design/layout had fun character and the food was delicious. Perhaps the best grits I’ve eaten anywhere. I’m not fully sure when or if we’ll be back in that general area but if we do, we will definitely stay again!

Staff was so accommodating. They upgraded our room due to our room having issues. Also, they let us have the upgraded room for the two nights we stayed there. The front desk staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. There was a nice clean breakfast area that was sufficiently stocked. The front tower that we were in was beachfront. There is a fabulous restaurant right next-door. I highly recommend the food was also excellent. We were in driving distance very close to all sites. I would stay here again.

Says that property is a hotel. Not exactly. They have many buildings. Some are a hotel. Some are a typical motel. Does not say that on Expedia. I booked thinking I was staying in the nicer hotel. I was put in the lesser motel section. Also upon checking in, front desk asked if I had a car. I said yes and was given a parking permit. End of discussion about parking. The next day after checking out I see a $10 charge on my credit card. No clue why. I call front desk and was then told, “oh sorry it was not mentioned, we charge $10 per night for parking.” Not the end of the world. Just was never told there was a fee by Expedia or by front desk at check in. Just know going in you will be charged $10 per night for parking. I only stayed 1 night. But if you are staying multiple nights, it can add up.

The absolute highlight for this hotel is the location, right on Cocoa Beach. In a oceanview room we had the perfect patio for sunrise splendor! The Best Western in Cocoa Beach surpassed all of my expectations! The room was very clean. The view was amazing! We were just steps away from either the beach or heated hotel pool. Parking was easy. Nearby dining was excellent! We had Fish Camp which is excellent, along with Publix and Jersey Mikes right across the street. The free hotel breakfast was enough to get you through your morning and afternoon depending.

We had a really nice stay at the Best Western in Cocoa Beach! The hotel was clean, had a nice pool, and the location couldn’t be better. It’s right next to Cocoa Beach Pier, so you can literally walk over in a minute or two (or less!). It’s also right on the beach, which was a huge plus. Our room was nice and spacious. We had two queen-size beds, a kitchenette, a clean bathroom, and a living room area with a sofa bed and TV. We also had a balcony with a partial view of the ocean, which was nice. The only real negative was the smell in the room. It had a very stale, musty smell, almost like the room hadn’t been occupied in a long time. It wasn’t enough to ruin our stay, but it was definitely noticeable and could use some attention. Overall, everything else was great, and the location made up for a lot. Would we stay here again? Absolutely! Being right on the beach and so close to the pier is hard to beat. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

The front desk staff were not very kind or helpful, before I booked I called to make sure the shuttle was included and they said yes. Got there they wanted to charge $15/pp and I tried telling them I called when booking and he just blew me off and told me to call a Lyft or they would shuttle for the $15/pp. we just dealt with a Lyft and went on. The room was dirty, couldn’t walk on the carpet or your feet were black, it smelled so bad as well. The pictures are NOT what they put you in. The only good thing was The pool was nice and the location was right by the beach The staff at breakfast were so sweet.

Stayed one night before a cruise. This was the beginning of our Sister's Trip. They had technical difficulties with their system and the manager upgraded us to the Tower which is Ocean front, very nice of him. Clean room, great breakfast and close to the cruise terminal.
