Overall the hotel was decent for the price. The pool was closed the whole time not sure why Also if the breakfast went a little past 9:30 I think people would love that 10:30 would be a good time to end it at Also our key card didn’t work at all one day and we had to go back down to the lobby from the 5th floor multiple times to get it fixed Also the showers barely have any water pressure

Is very old , The rooms are dirty I found hairs in the beds , When we take shower all the water wet the floor the glass door was a mess , The breakfast not tasty , One elevator working , waiting for long time get down or go up , even the staff have to used the same elevator.

I really enjoyed my stay at this property it was quiet and very clean staff was very nice as well, my only issue is the elevator; they only had one in service and it was very slow at the day of checkout me and 4 other people stood there for about 10 minutes waiting because housekeeping was on it going to several different floors. That was no fun, but everything outside of that was really good.

A perfect place to spend 1 night. Only one elevator works and not that well. The room was too noisy at night due to the hotel being so close to the road. Staff was nice, breakfast just average.

We stay for two days only but the service was great , the have continental breakfast with variety of food to choose between to eat , bagels , pancakes , scrambled eggs , house potato , orange juice , coffee , cereal , the have a pool , didn’t use because I’m sick but was great , a lot of free parking , the check in was almost at 3 , I think because is busy season , that was the only thing that I think off people will have to have to be patient.

Upon arriving we were given our room keys. We proceeded to the elevator and the elevator was filthy. The floor inside the elevator looked like it had never been cleaned. We get to our floor and step out of the elevator and to our surprise the hallway was stained & dirty. We proceed to our room and opened the door to a horrible smell of mold and mildew. We entered the room and started to look around. My husband noticed that the chair to the desk looked liked chocolate was smeared all over it. Then he proceeded to the bed upon looking at the bed he noticed that the mattress had a huge blood stain on it. It looked as though someone had been seriously hurt in that room on that bed. He immediately called the front desk to have our room changed. Upon entering the 2nd room. We noticed that the housekeepers at this location aren’t held to the highest standards when it comes to cleanness. Our room wasn’t very clean at all & we decided that we were fighting a loosing battle and call it a night.

My room was absolutely disgusting. I’ve stayed at this property twice before and NEVER had the room I had this past spring break. There were stains on the floor even though it was “cleaned” by so and so. The carpet was stained and disgusting, there was mold or SOMETHING on the walls from a leak that was probably never fixed! The room was so very dusty and disgusting. There was a roach on the wall of our room. I paid almost $700 for 3 nights and this is what I get?? I called the front desk immediately when i arrived in the room and they told me they were booked and had no more rooms available! It’s not like I booked my room late, I booked it well In advance! I have been trying to get in touch with HR regarding this issue. I took pictures and videos and I can’t believe the state that room was in. I wore shoes INSIDE MY ROOM THE ENTIRE STAY! I will not be booking with this location again. I want a partial refund or something because wow. And the water pressure for the hot water was very low. I have that on video too. Worked fine in the shower which by the way was rusted and dingy. Was very grossed out by my stay. Would not recommend until they renovate or something. Another person told me in the elevator that their room was disgusting too! Just wow. Almost $700 dollars for a nasty room. Unacceptable.

Downstairs lobby is nice but the elevators seem slightly dangerous. Got out the elevator Smelled like mold in the hallways with dehumidifier's everywhere got into the room was musty. Half the lights didn’t work, tiles were falling off the wall in the bathroom, TV had 2 channels Asked for another room was told nothing available. Guess you get what you pay for

The room was very spacious and roomy. Staff were all very friendly and accomodating. Our main criticism would be about the very small space for the breakfast. The area where food was presented was too small and very difficult to navigate comfortably if more than 5 people were in same space at same time. While the pancakes were very tasty and unique, they should have more than one as it was very slow producing the finished pancakes so a very long wait when others were using it.

Stood in line to check in 20 minutes then the key didn't fit the room. Done to find out they had given the room to a family in front of u us. Come to find out when they put us in a new room they canceled the people in our original rooms keys

When we arrived at the front desk the front desk attendant was sleeping in his chair with AirPods in his ears and iPad still playing. Had to wake him up at 11 pm to check us in. The room was dirty! Had sticky stuff all over the nightstand and the desk. Had to clean up everything ourselves. The bathroom door was not opening from the inside. Had to have a helper from the outside to open it. So if there’s a fire and you are in the bathroom , you are left to die if there’s not another person in the room to open it for you.

We were very happy with our stay at this Holiday Inn property. The location was excellent for our needs. The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was superior. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The only negative was the noise from the highway and the overnight truckers that parked in the side lot leaving their engines run throughout their stay.

Noise above 518 was constant pulsing vroom vroom and very disturbing at night. Main A/C unit for hotel?. Suite was good as was housekeeping staff. Breakfast was very busy with not enough seating on all 3 days we were there. Choices were basic but regularly refilled.
