Room was dirty. Leftover drink cups and clothes from previous guests. Booked for our anniversary hoping for a fun beach vacation - it rained (no fault of the hotel) but room killed any vibe. Was depressing to be in the room. Courtyard under construction (sewer pipe replacement). Location is great (right on the beach). Bus stop close by to go downtown - easy and cheap.

Lots of construction happening that was not advertised. Room was immaculate, on site bar/restaurant was great but would have been nice to know most of the courtyard area was being actively dug out with pipes and cords running everywhere.

Nice hotel, under construction while there and was not told. Also did not mention fees when I booked the hotel.

I had a great experience, since there's construction still going on, they waived the early check in so that made it so much easier for us. We had a great time
