Cape Shores Luxury - Brand NEW 2024 Pool, Beach, Private Fishing Pier, Park!

This property is well cared for and that shows in the hospitality of the host. House has everything you need! Close proximity to the pool and pier make fun days for kids! Quiet neighborhood but still close to restaurants, shops, etc. 100% recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was clean, well maintained with a lot of amenities. The wagons, beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys and boogie boards were very much appreciated. The location of the house was fantastic, just 3 houses from the pool and a short walk to the bay beach. We went to the ocean beach at Cape Henlopen several times and it was a very short drive. The house was perfect for our group of two families with four kids ranging in ages from 8-10.

The location of the house was perfect—two houses from the community pool and walking distance to the beach. The house is beautiful and modern and very well-equipped. We arrived with items we take to every rental property—hand soap, dish soap, sponges, basic spices, etc. it turned out we didn’t need any of them because this property had it all. The only thing we needed were sheets and towels, which was effectively communicated to us. The beds were very comfortable and, despite the rain, we had a great trip! Thanks for hosting us! We love Lewes!
