DO NOT STAY HERE! It is DISGUSTINGLY DIRTY!! Cigarette burns everywhere, in multiple rooms that we went into! The front desk is running SCAMS. They walk into the room after they knock, don’t give you time to get up and get to the door. Won’t give you pillows or towels without a fight. Mold in the showers. Curtains with giant holes in them. Glass in the carpet. No breakfast or gym like they’re advertising. Even if you’re staying here for one night SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. The fact that this is even an option on this website is disappointing.

No room service the whole time I was there despite multiple signs in the hotel including in the bathroom stating they would provide clean sheets and towels each day. And roaches running around the room. NOT a safe area AT ALL. Three cars were broken into the first night I was there.

Hotel had a weird smell. Rooms were very damaged and dirty. No free breakfast and gym as advertised and as for the free parking….6 cars in addition to mine had their windows smashed!!! That was the most expensive parking I’ve ever had!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! Even the police said not to stay here!!!

Only one in our room paid for late check out, but was locked out of the room earlier than it was supposed to be. Took staff 45 minutes to let me back in my room, giving me 15 minutes to pack all my things when bringing us towels prior night it took the gentleman downstairs over an hour and that’s what I was calling twice very outdated vending machine was cold but filled no cold products so you get a frozen candy bar or cold chips.

The view was amazing. But I was looking forward my baby to get in pool and when I booked they didn’t say anything about the pool being close had to find out when I got there

For starters we had to wait at least 20 minutes for the front desk receptionist to return from wherever he was. Lots of police activity at the hotel and the hotel next door called the plaza inn and kings inn. At least 6 times that the police and ambulance showed up on the property and surrounding properties. The homeless population is large. We had a view of an alley and seen people doing illegal activities. No continental breakfast or coffee. No refrigerator in room. Dirty bathroom couldn’t even shower. The elevator is beyond old, feels like you might get stuck in it. Lots of activity of people walking at night. Disgusting curtains. Water leaks in ceilings. Didn’t sleep on sheets had to buy sheet covers and blankets. Tv only had channel. Someone from the front desk said they’d come and fix it and did not. 0/10 stars would not recommend. Do not stay here!!! This hotel and surrounding hotels need to be shut down.

There's no iron or ironing board. No breakfast (not even a cheap coffee pot). The front desk clerks are not mean but not really friendly or approachable. You cannot use the stairs, they are closed off, which is unsafe in case of fire, etc. The elevators are dated, dirty, and smelly. Our two bed, non-smokng room rèeked of cigarettes. There were cigarette burns in the comforter on one bed, cigarette burns all over the bathroom sink and counter. Three of the drawers were broken and would fall out when pulled open. The lampshade was cracked, old, and broken. The bedlamps were broken on one bed and missing on the other. The walls had stains everywhere. The carpeting was dirty and had gross sticky spots esoecially by the beds. The remote was sticky and the back was missing. All surfaces were sticky and we had to buy some cleaning supplies to spend an hour wiping down surfaces so we could set our things on them to unpack. The corner chair in the room was so bad it looked like it was retrieved fom a dumpster! It was old and torn and also sticky, ugh! Curtains had holes in them(not huge but sun would stream through and wake you up). Both lamps and all light switches were covered with the stickiness that was on the other surfaces.The bed sheets were clean with the exception of the comforter burn holes. There were NO bed bugs. Do not stay here. Its just gross. The picures online are not even close to what the rooms look like. I cant seem to add photos of my own.

Our room door didnt lock there was a very strong smell in the hallways and elevator #1 was so scary to ride in!! Staff was friendly and it looked clean in the room its just falling apart

Concierge said they asked Expedia to remove the complementary breakfast that is no longer available and said Expedia did not update it.. We paid with expectation of having breakfast in the morning paid for with the room. There was no coffee. The hairdryer didn’t work & the bathroom had green mold. There was no fire alarm, just wiring, tears in the furniture, bedding, and curtain,wood doorway damage, rickety elevator, terrible location. Bums approaching us in the food drive-throughs. My husband was approached in parking lot & almost jumped by a guy who’s girlfriend told him to leave him alone “before he messes around & gets wrong one & ends up dead some day!” This is the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had! They sent a text asking if we needed anything and then when I asked questions about breakfast and coffee, they did not respond. I had to go to the front desk and ask. On the plus side…The concierge was helpful and explained that they asked to have the complementary breakfast removed on Expedia, but it was not updated. He also gave us locations nearby that we could get breakfast. They check in and out automated system worked well, and thankfully the water was hot.

Terrible DO NOT STAY here ! It was nasty no breakfast , the neighborhood is sketchy . The only doors u can go in and out is the front , there were sketchy ppl in the lobby playing the slots . The tables in the pics non existent . I’m SURE no one has events there . I should’ve know better when I got there but I was there just for a stop and we arrived too late to go anywhere else. The room had burn wholes in the sheets ,covers and bathroom door didn’t lock shower head was filthy and coming off the wall. The carpet has like melted carpet or whatever it was …towels hard and dingy . This hotel should be shut down or possibly looked into at least to clear the false advertisement I’m Very upset . I didn’t get to take a pic but or check but now that my gues and I are back were have been just a little itchy …. If I could’ve given this stay 0 stars I problably would have I’m sorry it was just a bad experience ! See photos ….

Dirty, smelly, sheets were stained, mold in the bathroom. Blackout curtain falling off the rod and drawers falling off the dresser. Hallways smelled and elevator sounds like it was about to break. We checked out after 12 hours of being there overnight and finding a new place.

1st these hotel looks nothing like advertised. There was police was a station outside and inside for security. The lobby had no furniture it smelled of strong chemicals. The room was old the carpet was dirty the chairs in the room were stained and peeling so was the headboard.. the dresser was filled with cigarette burns the lights didn’t work. The bathroom was a step above public bathroom. The shower curtain to small and more burns on the counter. No soap the black out curtains was nonexistent. And last but not least it was Roaches. I felt it was unsafe the people in other room was up at 6 am playing extremely loud music in hallways. It so much more to say but that suns it up.

I walked in the room for the first time and there were bugs in the sink. I immediately checked out. They offered a different room but I didn’t trust the place to be clean. I asked for a refund but they refused.

The condition is pretty bad in the hotel. Washroom is dirty. The carpet condition is bad that I don’t even want to take off my shoes.

I stayed there for 8 hours and was COVERED in bed bug bites. The room and bathroom was filthy!! There were bugs walking around the bathroom floor. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was giving a time to call him. When I called at that time, he “wasn’t there” and I had to call back on a few hours. When I called back in a few hours, he still “wasn’t there”. I was given a new time of 6P. I called at 6:30 and I was told that he didn’t come in that day and would be in the following day. I asked for corporate’s phone number and he refused to give it to me because he didn’t have it and said that I need to call the next day to speak to Mike, the manager. Then he hung up on me. If you have a car, sleep in that first before you stay in this filthy ass hotel.

The place was smelling smoke everywhere. Even in the non 🚭 rooms.

*Beds unmade after previous night stay,room entrance floor sticky surface,bathroom sink not cleaned from previous night/morning.Bed linen dull in color and tattered,Lobby bathroom & water facet not in service,soda machine on 4th fl not in service......night stand had drops of finger nail polish(room #410)...initial room given #306 had a broken bed box spring...management needs to have cleaning staff's room cleaning labor checked...people hanging round property seemed unsavory,felt intimidated in the parking lot and people hanging in the rear of the building...I would not recommend anyone I know to stay there(unless it was a complete last resort)

The service was good however my room smelled like weed. The toilet was not cleaned. The sheets had cigarette holes in them theres stains everywhere. I was given a new room that was better. The people in the room next to me were cackling until 4 am!!!! People were doing burnouts in the parking lot. The pictures at booking looked a lot nicer!

The first thing the desk clerk said to me when I arrived was that the water was not working. He said the water would be back on in a few hours. I said how are you going to compensate me for my inconvenience, he said the manager told him not to compensate. I was like Wow!..Etc…when I went to the room I couldn’t believe it, I went back down and told them to give me another room. The new room was bet-ter but still sub-standard. I wish I could post pictures because I have plenty. I should get a refund…..

half the lights above the beds were broken. There was 3 inches of ice in the refrigerator Freezer. Listing mentions free breakfast, there was none. Hall carpet and room carpet was clean, Bed Linens were good. Shower curtain rod was loose.

the mattress was so bad I slept on the floor. it was also uncomfortable, but a little less so.

This place is falling apart with many "patch work" fixes. In my room the lights, handles, roller paper rolls and counters were in disrepair. I had to take pictures because they were unbelievably bad.

It was quiet. The staff were quick with any service i needed and friendly.

Smells like Somme everywhere in the building, hallways are terrible. On the good side, the stuff was cooperative to refund us.

The hotel was pretty basic and met my needs; especially since it was a last minute reservation. The room was clean and had plenty of space but I was impressed with the clerk at the front desk. He had some issues with some guests checking in ahead of us and despite their displeasure with something out of his control (online reservations for the wrong night) he remained professional and polite throughout the whole ordeal. He kept a calm demeanor, continued to smile, and found a solution for the guest. He provided 5 star services.

Good area for quick food and jumping right on the eway

Place was very good for the money,quiet and clean, the tv reception needs to be addressed, need clear and good cable system.alot of fast food areas around and good area.best part of this town is within 5 minutes,so pretty good place for the money.

If you care about safety, don’t stay here. Area is pretty sketchy and lots of people walking the area at night. Area, people, and hotel feels very unsafe. Bathroom was dirty. Breakfast was NOT available as advertised with the excuse that it’s under remodeling, but they still charge you the same price. Not recommended.

My girlfriend went to check in and was cat called while driving by entrance, and she felt very unsafe walking in by herself and we ended up not even checking in. The area was terrible .

Terrifying. As soon as you pull in the parking lot it's super scary. People loitering about, police cars, broken glass everywhere, trash, damaged building, smells like weed. If you dont leave right then like you should and actually make it into the building, it gets even worse. Do not stay here.

Online says breakfast included, but when I checked in and asked about the times they said breakfast is no longer an option since 2 years ago. The front desk mentioned they have reported this so it can be updated online but nothing has been done. I called customer service to hotels.com so this can be updated on their end. The area is very shady and def not the best. I must say that the front desk employees were very helpful. And parking it is included.

No tienen servicio de desayuno como dicen El baño es asqueroso Y si el lugar no parece ni que el hotel esta abierto parece propiedad en abandono yo pague por un servicio que no recibí They don't have breakfast service, as they say. The toilet is disgusting. And if the place doesn't look like the hotel is open, it looks like abandoned property, I'll pay for a service I didn't receive.

The bathroom was very dirty. The hotel doesn't smell good. Also in the site it mentioned that breakfast was include but this is not true. It is possible to have a compensation ? As we choose this hotel because they have the breakfast include.

The toilet seat was not bolted properly, and the side of the toilet had not been cleaned. The countertop had serious stains. The website said breakfast was included, but it was not!!

There was no breakfast as advertised. Otherwise it was a place to sleep.

Everything in the room worked but was damaged and stained. I chose the hotel over another because it advertised free breakfast but there was none available. Gaming facility in the lobby attracts “other” customers. No one was at the check in desk when I arrived and there was no place to sit to wait for someone to come back if not in one of the gaming chairs. On the plus side, the room was clean, not noisy or smelly, there was a blackout curtain, the bed was comfortable and the staff person was helpful.
