Hotel is over priced for what they offer. The AC doesnt really work. You can hear every single thing from the rooms around you and above you. When the shower turns on in the rooms from the level above, it starts making noise in the lower room restrooms. The mirror in the restroom makes a popping noise while its on. The pool is open and the cycle syatem does not even work. The pool ifself is breaking apart. And whn asked the staff about pool towels, they advised us that they where in the caddie by the pool, we told them we checked and the gentlemen was bothered by having to go check then having to go get them. To charge 520$ for a couple of nights is insane.

The biggest inconvenience was that they didn't have Wi-Fi connection for the customers. That issue has been for a week. If you are looking for shuttle, they only run it from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

HOUSE KEEPING NEEDS MORE TIME TO BE ABLE TO DO A BETTER JOB! Floors in room are black my Son dropped milk and I wiped it towel came extremely dirty and same thing with carpet looked like it hasn’t been washed in months , socks under the couch,table between the beds had something sticky on it, when I talked to the housekeeping manager I showed her pictures and she said she was going to investigate and take care of the problem. Oh I forgot about the swimming pool! Water was nasty so my kids we’re not able to get in

Good hotel. Gym treadmills needed to be fixed. Pool was a bit dirty.

Not so good no body wash or soap in shower available. Soda was super dirty, room phone was sticky dirty and not working, no extra covers available for sofa, had to walk downstairs to get them myself, not only once, but twice because although I was clear it was a queen sofa I got twin covers and bc the phone didn’t work I had to take them down and get the right size o my to see they were not in best clean condition, and lastly the ice machines none not one in any of the floors had ice. I will never stay there again.

There was no shuttle service from the airport after 6, which was not indicated on the site. Also, there was only decaf coffee and tea in our room. After a long day of travel, it was disappointing

Elevator was out of service and had 3 heavy luggage. The room I had burned out light bulbs and was dirty! Dirties Holiday Inn I have ever stayed at! What I liked was the desk person helped me carry my luggage to my room!

Everything is falling into disrepair. Lights flicking in rooms, shoddy repair work, bathtub pealing. Lights in hallways cracking apart. Pool heater not working... Overall I would pass.

It was a very good stay except that the fact I stayed at this hotel because it said that they had shuttle service to the airport. What they forgot to mention was that the shuttle did not start running until 8:00 am and I needed to be to the airport at 4:00 am so had to make other arrangements.

The elevator was not working and service did not take place until after we left. That is unacceptable. Printers were not working to print boarding pass. That is unacceptable. Should be a simple fix. Although staff were helpful , they were not well informed of airport services Roos were clean and for that I was grateful

Building was under renovations and it appeared our room was poorly renovated or half renovated. Our whole floor smelt like sewage. The pull out bed was a deflated 4in mattress. The bedding for it was gross and stuck together. Patches on walls, scratched wallls and furniture, rust in the shower. NOT a very good hotel as Hotels.com says.

Carpet was disgustingly dirty, the tub was worn and old. Always stay there and this time in the first floor was so gross. I’ve never had a bad experience till this weekend.

There were tiny ants crawling all around the floor. the closet had hairs and dirt on the floor. The couch was very stained and dirty

Bed was comfortable and clean, no extra thinner blanket, floors and sofa were terribly dirty, curtains hung weird. This was on the first floor.

Bed sheets were dirty and had stains on them .

Place was dirty and noisy.

We stayed on a Sunday nite. Staff was polite. Sewer smell in the lobby. We had a problem with the TV that was promptly corrected. Only eatery in the are was Taco cabana which was walkable right across the parking lot. Food was hot and fresh. No one messed with our motorcycle trailer.

Very dirty carpet and bathtub, we found the room with no water or coffee even though it is advertised and we asked for it while checking in. Even the halls were dirty and had some light fixtures broken. Hotel could use a good cleaning renovation.

NEEDS UPGRADING. ICE MACHINE DID NOT WORK ON MY FLOOR,CARPET NEED REPLACING, PAINTING NEEDED. I HEARD THE PEOPLE WALKING ABOVE ME(FLOORS THIN)

The bed was very comfortable, the only thing wrong was that the bathroom door would not close it seamed to be to large and they had done work in the shower leaving painters tape in the shower.

They had no hot water!

The mattress was terrible the tub in the shower was damaged and the furniture in general looked a bit old. The location is very good, the room was big but needs remodeling, the bar looked nice although we didn’t use it

At first the refrigerator does not work. They changed our room and the AC didn't work either. bathrooms very dirty and full of mold Terrible

Unfortunately the highway noise made it difficult to sleep. The property is under renovation however we were not notified prior to booking, it clearly needs it bathroom tile was cracked/uneven and restroom tub had several black marks. When booked there are pictures of sliding door showers however we were given a room with shower curtains. The TV service was also limited and would lag. Won’t be staying again

No opportunities for recycling, and the air conditioner was stuck on 65 degrees, which eventually was fixed after a few hours. Staff was great, room was clean and comfortable (other than temperature).

Hotel was really nice, but the noise from the highway is super loud. We couldn’t get the ac to run all night so we could sleep.

Awful noise from the highway, the room above me at 2 am, and the trash truck at 4 am. I asked at check in foe the highest room across the hall from the highway side of the hotel. They gave me a first floor room on the highway side of the room. Never. Again.

I need the receipt of the payment I made at check in. There was no one at the front desk when I check out today.

When we arrived the front door of the property does not open hardly at all so getting your suitcase inside…. Good luck. Arrived at check in. They asked us what brought us to the area. I made it bery clear i was there for business and to have virtual meetings. Get to our room yep you guessed it they put us right next to the construction. Im talking room right next to where the plastic is up blocking off the other half of the hallway. Sat my stuff down and just heard the blaring music and power tools. With a meeting in less than 30 minutes i rushed down to ask to change rooms. Staff gave me a new room and promised it is on the opposite side of the hotel away from the construction. Nope you guessed it same side of the hotel just 2 floors up where they are also doing construction. I had no time to ask to move yet again. It was getting late and just traveled 10 hours will not stay again

Our check in was about 1am as our flight was delayed. The site says 24 hour shuttle but when I called for where to get picked up, I was informed it was wrong on the website so my friend and I had to get a taxi ($20.00 for a very short distance). The check in gentleman was nice and got us our room keys so we could get 4-5 hours of sleep. He even offered to take us to the airport to check for a rental car to following morning. I started looking into my room after entering and a long black hair in the shower (I have short grey hair), a hole in the wall beside the toilet, stains on the ottoman and on the lampshade. It looked like they tried to remodel but the sheetrock was cut wrong with holes beside light fixtures and paint drips on switch plates. I will say the bed was very comfortable! I was so exhausted that I went to sleep and continued our travels home early the next morning! I will not stay there again.

Receptionist 1st gave us a room where there was someone in there. We walked in and the person was sleeping. This is very dangerous as 2hat if it was a woman and we were some sort of creeps. When we wen to tell her she never apologized. She gave us another room and when we went upstairs the key card didn't open. When through this 3 times. None of the time she apologized or said anything beside OH. She seem to be in a hurry to get to the back room. She was not paying attention to anything she was doing at all. Never staying there again.

The property was run down and it appeared to be under renovation and there was a lot of debris outside from the renovation in the back of the hotel. There was a vagrant man trying to get into the hotel while we were unloading in the middle of the night. I don't think anybody was paying any attention to that. I arrived at midnight and I waited for well over 20 minutes to be helped because of the line in front of me, but with no acknowledgment from the front desk clerk. He was polite but definitely not personable. Overall my room was clean and comfortable, but definitely not as nice of a Holiday Inn I'm used to. I will not go back if I'm in El Paso Texas.

Tried to check in the lady told us we didn’t have a room They sold our room or overbooked and still charged me for the night Never a email or cancellation was received from the hotel very unprofessional A big concert was going on in El Paso could not find another room had to drive back 2 hours very early in the morning!!

The woman at the front desk stated my room was not ready and would be ready well after 3:00 p.m. (check in time). I asked that she call me when the room was ready so we could come back and settle in. When she didn't call by 4:00 p.m. I tried calling there multiple times, no one answers the phone so don't bother. When we came back around 4:30, the room was ready and I was given the room key with no other explanation. Pool hours, dining hours, etc - nothing was mentioned. Later, I returned to the front desk to ask about breakfast since it was included in the room rate. She said, yeah, just go to the restaurant and tell them it's included. The next morning my daughter and I went to the restaurant for breakfast and the waitress was very rude. She waited on tables that had arrived after us, and after about 15-20 minutes I had to go up to her and ask if we could place an order. She said, oh sorry, it's busy and we've had large orders. Mind you, there were 3 other tables in the restaurant at the time and we arrived before all of them. One table that arrived after us was given all their food almost immediately. We waited about an hour. Then when I was given the bill and said that it was included in the room rate she asked me for a breakfast card that the front desk should have given me. I did not have that, so I signed the receipt and zero'd out the bill. I'm sure I'll be charged for that breakfast when I get my final bill. The room walls are paper thin - could hear noises all night.

I use hotels.Com so my room was already paid for. They charged my full rate of 130 plus then double charged my room service charge. It took 6 days to get 106, still wanting on refund of food. The front night clerk was incompetent in doing her job right. Jackie and Carlos have been excellent in trying to resolve the issue. But no one wants their money messed around with.

This hotel was okay. It was a little difficult to find the entrance. The property is definitely in need of renovation, and signs inside indicated it was being renovated. There were various hairs on the shower wall that weren’t mine. The shower door looked like a dog had chewed on it, and a small table in the room was broken. However, the bed was very comfy and had clean crisp sheets. The pictures show a bar but it was closed when I checked in - it seems the hours aren’t very late. This hotel is close to the airport which is the only reason I stayed here. It was just okay.

Midtown convenience

The location was handy for us, near the airport and near Highway 10. There were numerous restaurants within a short driving distance. It is best to get a room on the back side of the hotel, as the road noise is substantial 24 hours per day. Breakfast may not be included in the room rate. If one needs to buy breakfast it is quite expensive.

My stay at the Holiday Inn El Paso was good. The young lady at the front desk (Daniela) was very cheerful and pleasant to deal with, especially after just driving for a full day. This location is walking distance to a Walgreen's pharmacy and restaurants nearby. Starbucks is a 1/2 mile away.

For an overnight stay, it was okay. The biggest issue I had was with the noise. My room had a view that looked out at the freeway (I-10) next to the hotel. The sound of traffic was loud and constant all night. If I had stayed longer, I would have requested a different room. If you're a light sleeper, then consider this option. On the other hand, the nice thing about this hotel is the easy access to the freeway. ; )

WiFi didn’t work and they didn’t have a cook to offer breakfast

We were e pecting to attain dinner and breakfast, but they closed the kitchen bsgore 9pm when it was advertised 5-,10 pm. The breakfast folks didnt show at all, they could have notified us the closure. We wont be using this hotel again.

Well other than the so called restaurant wasn’t really to me a restaurant but it had a nice Bar . Other than that the stay was good

The hotel was short staffed, in fact the cook was out sick so there was no breakfast. Also there was a long line to check in, because only 1 person was working behind the counter. There were drink spills in the hallway to, that took awhile to be cleaned up. Also the tiling on the bathroom floor was loose

Breakfast was not provided as it said it would be. No staff until 7:00. Very rude when we asked about breakfast. She stated that the waitress had not arrived and that was not her job. She tried to call the manager on duty but he did not answer.

I enjoy my time there the only thing you need to improve is the speed what they serve the breakfast took to us like an hour in half to serve the orders

Convenient location if you need to be near the airport but close to town to have options. The restaurant is decent too.

Our stay was great. Customer service was awesome . The breakfast was great even tho it was not free it was worth paying for
