Hotel was ok for a last minute booking due to a missed flight connection. Location appears to be close to airport on the Expedia map (4ish miles) but it ended up being a 15-20 minute ride from the msin terminal. Staff were friendly when checking in and leaving the next morning. Room was clean but in overall poor condition. Cracks and stains in the sink, missing laminate edge on the kitchen counter, rusty and dingy refrigerator (outside had been painted to try and cover up rust), dresser and night stand finish covered in scrapes and scratches showing particle board, lamp shades were all bent and covered in dust, wall behind bed was missing paint in a large area where bed had been rubbing against it for some time, and just generally old and worn. A/C worked well but sounded like a car running just outside. Only one elevator working in a 4 story building so long wait time in the morning to leave. No shampoo or gel for the shower (although a sign indicated you could requst this from the front desk. I would reccomend passing on this hotel unless you do not have other options.

The staff was very nice. It was pretty clean, but try and drop off someone in front of the building that has a hard time walking. There was no designated area to pull in for checkin and we don’t have a handicap parking sticker but one of us had a hard time walking and there was no place to go and there were cars honking at us for sitting by the door trying to get out of the car. Breakfast was granola bars, oatmeal and muffins. Very disappointing.

This hotel needs some major love. Grab and go breakfast often went with our a restock. Hotel carts were not available to all guests. Part of that was because people would take them and keep them for extended times. Trash rooms were over flowing by Saturday night. I understand the cut of service for extended stays. But at least check the floors. Stayed 4 nights got breakfast two times. That 50% of the time. This space needs an update. Things get older and rust they break replace them.

The bad smell in the room and in the hallways, it smelled like pure dog urine. The days we were there, they did not clean the room. It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I don't think I will ever go back to a place like that. It's disgusting.

This has got to be one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. It almost felt like a crack house and not a good one. The room smelled like smoke even though it's supposed to be non-smoking and smelled like pee. I called ahead for a late check-in because of a flight but when I showed up nobody was here to check me in finally a lady did come to help me and she was as nice as she could be but it was late. The room was definitely dirty the door had weird stains on all over it the floor was sticky. Some of the towels were yellowish and even one had small blood stains. It was already 2:30 in the morning by the time I got comfortable so trying to get a refund and finding another hotel wasn't going to happen. I ended up sleeping in my clothes on top of my jacket using my duffel bag as a pillow. Would never stay here again or any hotel in the chain. You should avoid it at all cost.

This was the most disgusting place ever. There were blood stains on the carpet and i knew they did not clean the room thoroughly as my dog webt ubder the bed, and he found food, prescription medication, tissues and who knows what else under there. Didnt even stay, as soon as i found the blood i left. Tried to contact the hotel to get a refund, no one has reached out. Its been a week now.

Checked in very late due to a missed connection at O'Hare. The only reason I did not leave and request my money back was that this was my one option to get 3 hours of sleep at that point. Trust your instincts, this place is disgusting. It was dirty and smelled terrible. Fresh blood stains on carpet and parts of the kitchen had not been cleaned in a while... Or ever. Front desk was nice and polite which is pretty much the only good part of my stay.

I’ve stayed with this hotel chain before and always had good experiences, but unfortunately, this location was a huge disappointment. The property is dirty, outdated, and poorly maintained. There’s no room service, and the entrance area is littered with cigarette butts and smells awful. If I could give zero stars, I would. Don’t trust the photos—they are very misleading. Make sure to read the recent reviews before booking, because this hotel is nothing like what’s advertised.

The WiFi didn’t work in our room, when we asked to switch, we were originally told to call a separate number to get the WiFi fixed, which is pretty ridiculous. The new room was better, but the shelf in the bathroom fell down, there were no dishes in the kitchenette, and there was never anyone at the front desk to help you. I’ve stayed at a Motel 6 that had better service.

The rooms are large and bright, but the property shows wear. The rooms are advertised as having fully eqipped kitchens but there are no dishes, glasses or utensils. Had to go to the desk and asked for plates, knives and forks and got handed 2 of each. Made another trip for a coffee maker and another for water glasses. The clerk said that they didn't have any glasses just cups. I pointed out that the signage in the hotel claim a fully equipped kitchen, the answer was "that's all they give us". I stated that it was unacceptable and should be escalated to management. I was told, "You talk to management". The evening clerk was not helpfull and very unfriendly. I cannot recommend this hotel.

The Room look very dated, old, and the security latch was broken. The night attended said there was no one who could fix the door safety latch. When i woke i saw that the walls was damaged with a big 4 inch dint and another 4 inch hole. I explained to management of these issues and should not be charged for any damages. I was only given 15 percent discount, where it should have been much more since my security of being safe was not given.

The room was clean, decent cable and nice bed. It has a full kitchen but absolutely NOTHING in it. Not as much as a plastic drinking cup. What is the point of the kitchen if you can’t use it? No coffee or coffee maker. You can request a plate, a cup, and some utensils from the front desk, if you want anything more you have to pay. It was extremely disappointing. What a point of staying in a place that has a kitchen when you are unable to prepare food in it? They may as well just give you a little refrigerator and a microwave and call it a day.

Pamela at the front desk was great. When I arrived, she told me there were no rooms available. She looked in the computer, found a potential available room. Went to the room to ensure it was empty and clean. She went above and beyond to find a room for me. After a long day of travel issues, Pam was definitely a bright spot in my day. Thank you Pam

Lady at the register was very rude I asked her some questions when I was there checking in, and she didn’t even acknowledge what I had to say, and then practically harass me to leave, which I understand. I was there past check out time, but nobody informed me of any of that.

The room key did not work on the second night. I was back from a party around midnight and the key was nice working. I found no one in the front desk . I got panicked. After some time I searched and found the property phone number and called them. Then there was someone in the front desk and she revalidated my key. I asked what happened and there was no explanation. She said sometimes the key doesn't work! There was not even an apology. Being locked out in the midnight in a new city with no guidance or a bell outside the front desk was not a pleasant experience. I may not book extended stay America anymore.

Unfortunately my check in took a long time, I understand they have other things to do but I was waiting for quite a while to be able to check in. The room and the hallways smelled like wet dog/animals. That was my biggest complaint because it smelled that way in my room as well, I know people are allowed to bring their pets but I almost wish there was a wing or a section of the hotel where the pets were staying separate from just hotel guests.

Very friendly and welcoming staff, had a pleasure in speaking with Sydney (supervisor) who has helped tremendously in checking in first time. Would definitely recommend this place to friends if needed.

Floors in entire room were sticky & dirty. No housekeeping service. I didn’t ask, but knew they wouldn’t be able to do anything about it. Worst part was there was barely ever anyone at the front desk. No staff at all at front desk from 11pm-7am, so if you need anything during that time, you’re screwed. Could hardly get ahold of anyone at the front desk during my 5 night stay because the attendants were doubling front desk & housekeeping, which is a huge shame on the owners & management to make their front desk staff also clean rooms while attending the desk. Awful management & ownership, I’m sure. Your guests & staff members should be your priority. Period! Breakfast ended at different times each morning so we could never get coffee except for the last night when we woke up. Only grab & go options were muffins and granola bars. WiFi sucked too and you had to pay $1.99 per hour or $5.99 for better WiFi. Would expect more overall from an extended stay property, but considering the price, it was decent. Just make sure you have enough money to spend on breakfast every morning or get pans from the desk, which doesn’t come with dish soap & a sponge btw.

Hotel was ok for a last minute booking due to a missed flight connection. Location appears to be close to airport on the Expedia map (4ish miles) but it ended up being a 15-20 minute ride from the msin terminal. Staff were friendly when checking in and leaving the next morning. Room was clean but in overall poor condition. Cracks and stains in the sink, missing laminate edge on the kitchen counter, rusty and dingy refrigerator (outside had been painted to try and cover up rust), dresser and night stand finish covered in scrapes and scratches showing particle board, lamp shades were all bent and covered in dust, wall behind bed was missing paint in a large area where bed had been rubbing against it for some time, and just generally old and worn. A/C worked well but sounded like a car running just outside. Only one elevator working in a 4 story building so long wait time in the morning to leave. No shampoo or gel for the shower (although a sign indicated you could requst this from the front desk. I would reccomend passing on this hotel unless you do not have other options.

Solid location near O'Hare and the convention center. I thought it was a solid hotel for the price. Some neighbors in the hotel had complaints about the smell; I can't smell very well so I'll take their word for it. Bed was comfortable.

What to love: The staff is great - the front desk person helped us upgrade to a 2 bedroom with no hassle whatsoever. Love the big frig and kitchen area. Plenty of room in the sleeping area and no carpet. Beds/pillows were comfy, AC was quiet, and everything you need is close by - restaurants, gas, grocery. Easy access to Chicago via I-290 E - ramp was about a mile from the hotel. Morning coffee at the breakfast bar was good to go with oversized cups and lids. Needs improvement. We did 'rinse' the floor with rags I had packed from moving out of my apartment (the cleaner they used left a sticky residue). The semi traffic from the highway woke us up a couple of times - price you pay for convenience. No protein selections at breakfast but not expected since it is a grab and go.

The fridge was old and rusty and the door opened backwards. There was no conditioner in the bathroom. The breakfast was only oatmeal, muffins, and a breakfast bar and the coffee was empty. The front desk was closed so no one could refill it.

The staff was very nice. It was pretty clean, but try and drop off someone in front of the building that has a hard time walking. There was no designated area to pull in for checkin and we don’t have a handicap parking sticker but one of us had a hard time walking and there was no place to go and there were cars honking at us for sitting by the door trying to get out of the car. Breakfast was granola bars, oatmeal and muffins. Very disappointing.

To start, they are announced as “Breakfast included” and they DO NOT do breakfast!!! a cup of coffee, a quarter dollar muffin and a granola bar to go is what they call a grab and go breakfast. They don’t even have a restaurant area. The lobby is awfully smelly. we couldn’t agreed if it smell like a skunk, a dead animal or rotten curry. The stove did not worked in any of the rooms, one did not turn on at all and the other one only warm up! The afternoon receptionist needs some customer service training. She is as nice as a kick in the nuts! This is a experience i not looking to repeat specialy

The room was dirty (actual garbage on the floor), smelled bad, and was in very poor condition. The whole place is sorely in need of some upkeep and the continental breakfast was a joke. My standards are not high…a clean room and a fresh cup of coffee in the morning is all I required on this trip, but I will not be staying here again.

I booked for 3 days, only stayed for 2. Couldn't wait to leave. Trailer-trash tennants yelling at each other,, dogs barking in the hotel,,, The WORST Mattress I have ever slept on,, Anywhere,,, and the saddest looking "breakfast" of anywhere I have ever stayed (coffee & sad little muffins). The front door didn't work properly,, had to wait for someone on the inside to activate it,,, and then had to wait 15+ minutes for someone to arrive at the front desk. The one thing I did like,, I appreciated them actually letting me check in a bit early,,, but it was ALL Downhill after that.
