The hotel was very conveniently located near airport and we had an early flight. However… because of that hour the front desk agent was not there. Soon after we got there , he did pop up from the couch. The room was a bit dingy and all the doors had warped bottoms like there was a recent flood. Lots of starches on the walls. Needs a renovation

For some reason, I was asked to review this hotel twice for the same stay. I had plenty to say on my first review, and don't feel like repeating it. Please see my other review.

We booked this hotel for its proximity to our family members' apartment. Decent looking outside, with a big, mostly bare lobby. Front desk clerk was friendly and helpful, as would be expected. This place is BIG, with one hallway that made us think of the beginning of "Get Smart." The room was spacious and well-lit, and reminded me of a Hilton from the 1960's with a white leather sofa and very comfy bed. Bathroom had lots of counter space, but on arrival, half of the backlit mirror was unlit and the sink plug was lying on its side in the sink. It quickly backed up. We called the front desk, and a repair person worked on it while we were out. On our return, the light was fixed but the sink was still draining very slowly, as if something had been dropped into it. We didn't bother to ask again, and just ran minimal water the rest of our 4 day stay. Bathtub had no flat bottom and was dicey to get in and out of without slipping. We had no room freshening or change of towels for the first three days, and had to ask for it then. It was like the cleaners didn't know it was occupied. They then cleaned it on our last day as well, but they only left one bath towel, so we had to go to the front to get it. Laundry room had one washer / dryer, old-style, but 5 of the 6 soap dispensers were empty and the other was jammed. They could find none at the front desk, so we had to go to a store to buy some. On-site breakfast looked like standard was overpriced, so we skipped it.

1. Bathroom door was so rotted and swollen at the bottom from getting wet that you had to really shove on it to get it to close 2. Pool was closed and looked like it had been for quite some time. 3. The view out of our room window was of the trash bags that I'm assuming house keeping put out there. It piled on the sidewalk that led to the closed pool. 4. Weeds, almost zero lawn care. 5. Constantly had to get the room key reprogrammed. Key wouldn't work at all for the laundry facilities. 6. Once we were let in to do our laundry we found that the every slot on the detergent dispensing machine was jammed, ended up driving to a laundromat. 7. Our towels and bedding were never switched for clean ones, even though we asked several times. House keeping never even entered the room. 8. Toilet paper, 1 roll for the room? Stopped by the front desk on our way in and mentioned that we were out. Two hours later and we ended up calling the front desk and an hour later went down to the front desk and waited for them to give us a roll. For being related to the Marriot change, this place was junk.
