I wouldn't let the fleas off my worst enemy's dog stay here. There were shady people standing around the front door and inside. The front desk guy was cool (gave me a whole cutlery set when I asked for a plastic fork... even if he did grab them from a box with his bare hand but he did wrap them in a paper towel before giving them to me) but the lobby was shabby and smelled like week old mop water. My room was hot and smelled moldy. I had a time finding the light switch. Oh how I wish I hadn't. I wish I could post the pictures I took. It was so nasty I refused to take my shoes off. The furniture was super cheap and chipped and broken. The beds were on cheap metal frames that moved. The duvet was covered in stains. The mattress cover was covered in stains (looking for bedbugs ). The tub had a 10 inch long crack in it that went all the way through and was filthy. At 2 am I still couldn't sleep and was just going to go sleep in my car. Then I hear what sounded like gun shots followed a few minutes later by sirens. I think there was also a fight going on at the Waffle House with is literally in the parking lot. The reason I even stayed was because it was after 10:30 when I got there and I didn't think I could safely drive. That morning I TRIED canceling my reservation for the next night. The rude women told me I needed to call Expedia to do that, even though my husband had used Hotels.com. When I told her that she said oh well. And the "premium coffee station" was 1 drip maker.

Hotel was fine for the price on a con weekend. A few random people always hanging around in the hotel lobby, which was kind of weird. Biggest issue was the housekeeping. I stayed for almost a week and they never once changed the sheets or refilled the soap / shampoo. The shampoo was empty when I arrived and I mentioned it multiple times to staff and it never got refilled. Aside from that was a fine stay.

Booked king rooms and received double bed rooms. Was told by the front desk they were sold out of king rooms. Floors were cracked in several spots, people walking around with dogs without leashes, one person had vicious dog that was walked around people.
