This is our second time staying at this exact condo and our experience was great! The check-in check-out process is easy and the condo was very clean. The host Ron is very easy to communicate with things. We didn’t have a parking pass upon arrival and within the hour Ron had the front desk have a new one ready for us. You have a beautiful view of the ocean and the pool.

We have stayed in this condo a couple times. It is clean, the host is kind and attentive. The pools, the beach and Splash by the Sea keep us coming back to Topsail every year!

We had a lovely stay in 102A! Despite the poor weather, we still enjoyed our time. Communication with property manager was quick and simple. Definitely on our list for returning!
