No iron or towels in our room & the bathroom light fixture needed to be changed because the bulb was out & when we acted for some, they gave us brand NEW towel they NEVER washed & the black dye kept rinsing out the wash cloths when showering & little linen pieces from the big towel rubbing off on our skin when drying bodies off, VERY WEIRD BUT TRUE. Refrigerator made a very loud humming noise & the tv never really worked but that didn’t matter because the remote didn’t work w/ the tv we had in the first place anyways so, just WOW, is all I have to say. Not a very “relaxing” or great experience here at all and wish I can get my money back or some of it!!!

One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. This place should be classified as a cheap rundown motel at best. The first room we were given had roaches and wasn't cleaned from the previous guests. I'm actually surprised that Hotels.com has it on their platform. -5*
