Found out day before trip that there was major construction at the site. Weird entrance, work crews in and out. Had newly renovated room and tv was mounted so you had to be sideways on the bed to view, very bad design.

The property was nice and clean. The staff was excellent! The rooms were very clean and fresh. I haven't been in a hotel in along while where the bathroom mirrors and glass shower doors were clean! Even the shower tiles, grout, basin, and corners were clean! I didn't have to clorox the entire bathroom! The grounds were good. I really enjoyed sittring around the firepit. Younhave to ask for it to be lit. My lady adulting birthday weekend was fantastic!

Easy parking. Easy and fast check in. Everything was clean. Lobby and public “hang out” areas were spacious and nice. They offer Starbucks drinks in their bistro. They also offered breakfast off the menu at their bistro/cafe and it was really good (it was pricey though). Very quiet area. Close to restaurants and right by a highway to zip around St Louis quickly. Would stay here again!

The staff here wes excellent including the agent who checked me in named Tiffany! Also, the manager on duty at the time of my check-in was so friendly and knowledgeable! Every staff member I encountered during my short stay was so kind, gracious, and helpful. Also, I was very impressed by the housekeeping staff! In the hallways, during cleaning hours, members of the housekeeping team were so friendly and organized! I was very impressed by them! Also, the in house Starbucks counter was such a great ammenity to have access to during my stay! The individual at the drink counter was super friendly and made me a geat hot chocolate! I can't say enough about how pleasant my experience was here! I highly recommend that people stay here! There is a remodel/construction going on at this location right now and I'm excited to see what it looks like after the project is completed!

they gave me a handicap room that i did not want . with a few bugs .the bed mattress was very old and hurt my back to sleep on it .and a couple cockroach in the bathroom.also sliding doors will not open .the hotel was not full i should have had to stay in a handicap room .

I enjoyed my stay here. The hotel room was very clean. My only complaint was the mattress was not comfortable at all. I am a side sleeper and the mattress hurt both my hips. I tossed and turned all night. Everything else was great though.

I had to call reception 3 times between 11 pm and 1:15 am for it be finally remediated. No apology offered. They didn’t inquire how our stay was upon check out, when I expressed my frustration the reaction was - well, sorry. We were on the third floor! How did people sleep on 1st and 2nd? This was so inconsiderate of the group who was making noise, but staff doesn’t have a good procedure in place to handle this problem.

I have been to a lot of Marriott hotels over the years and I do believe this was the worst experience ever. 1- no water pressure in the toilet or the shower 2- the bed was horrible! There was basically a hole in the middle and that is where my husband and I slept. At 3 am I decided I couldn’t take any more and slept on the tiny couch. It was at least firm enough to allow me to sleep for a few hours

Everything was good for the most part. The bed was a little worn out and mushy. Prob need to invest in new mattresses. Otherwise everyone was kind, friendly, and took care of our needs!!

The location was excellent. The serve was VERY POOR! The woman who checked me in was VERY RUDE. I asked a question and got a "firm" answer and a rude stare, as if I knew what she meant. FYI, If someone asks the same question, it means that they do not understand what you are talking about and need "Hospitality industry" explanation. Don't be rude, just help customers understand what you mean.

Renovations make staying somewhat inconvenient, but that’s no excuse for poor responsiveness to other issues. Disruptive guests, for several hours and after having been reported, continued causing issues for several hours. Front desk staff were unresponsive and discourteous - hung up on me. The room was clean and cleaning staff did well. I’ve stayed at Marriott hotels many dozens of times and have never had cause to leave a review like this. Disappointed.

Had to be moved to a second room since the rug outside the bathroom was soaking wet. At check in invited to come down for happy hour in the lobby. Discovered that a glass of wine cost $14. Breakfast started early, but rather than complementary, a cup of coffee was $5. Oatmeal was $9. No one showed up. The staff was great and the room was quiet and comfortable. Will not be back unless the hospitality items change.
