Took 15 mins to find someone to check us in on a Sunday afternoon. The room was clean but fridge was running loudly off an on all day and night. Front desk staff and valet staff not helpful but the maintenance staff tried to help find staff to assist us.

The rooms, ours, for a king size bed was a bit small. But the bed was very comfortable. The entire room was very clean and the staff was great. We chose to eat breakfast in the restaurant. I do recommend the Main Street Breakfast. It was delicious. The parking garage is right across the street from the hotel.

Staff was great lobby was very well presented. It is a century old building so, though it has been updated dont expect brand new modern construction (I don't think that's what they are going for). For anybody that enjoys history they put the hotel history in your checking pack and I was surprised to learn it was Conrad Hiltons first hotel to Wear the Hilton name. Our room was small but comfortable. We were attending a concert at DosEquis Pavillion and it was an easy $16 uber ride to the show. The Majestic threatre is right around the corner so it would be perfect if attending a show there. Easy access to everything down town and the staff were engaging and helful with ideas of where to go to dinner or breakfast as well as having a restaraunt on sight. Only negatives were loose hair stuck to the shower head in our bathroom so cleaning staff could probably use some detail supervision, but not a huge issue of coarse and the neighborhood does get loud durring the evening hours, but the hotel provides ear plugs on your bedside if you need them. I can sleep through a storm so it was ok just took me a little longer to get to sleep, but not a deal breaker for sure. Overal good experience.

Clean rooms, hallways, elevators and lobby even during construction activity. Staff were very helpful, professional and friendly. We will definitely stay here again.
