Stayed 1 night

Arrived at 7 pm, the room was not ready, told to come back in an hour. Although all we wanted was to get a shower after a long trip, we decided to grab a bite. We returned to the hotel at 9pm waited and at 9:30 pm we were told room still not available!!! We took a room that was available, it did not have the two beds we required but could not wait any longer! I was told the hotel had recently been purchased and that a large portion of the cleaning crew had been fired, the woman at the reservation counter was pulled from another hotel and was unfamiliar with the computer system, but she was doing a great job and was kind and apologetic. The evening supervisor was also apologetic and looked exasperated, the line to check in was getting larger by the minute and I felt sorry for the staff. The room overall was clean, but the stay included breakfast yet the restaurant was closed. I will be coming back to the area but I will not stay at the hotel.

The room was comfortable and clean. The charge for parking was a disappointment and the added tax on parking made it unreasonable.

reserved and prepaid for a room for Friday and Saturday. At 6pm on Friday I called to notify them I would be late and to not cancel the room. I showed up at 10am on Saturday to be told that I had been considered a "no show". I was charged full price for the room and told to come back at 3pm to check in for that day. They were rude and unprofessional.

I didn't go to the restaurant, pool or fitness center, but it was a great location for me near my son's apartment, the bed was so comfortable. The a/c worked well, but was a little loud, overall, quiet, safe and comfortable.
