The beds and pillows were comfortable. The room had dog food pieces on the floor. The curtains had stains on them, the bed cover had burn holes in it. There were only 2 towels, 1 wash rag, and 1 hand towel in a 2 queen bed room. there was 1/2 roll of toilet paper when we arrived. We asked to get more towels and they said they didn't have any. The pool was shut down by the health department.

There was no shuttle available and I had paid extra to have it. I was told they haven’t been using their shuttle for more then a year..why did Expedia have ur as an amenity that I paid for onn3/1/23????

The gentleman that checked us in was the only good thing about the stay/room. He was very pleasant and helpful. The room itself was awful! Food was left in the refrigerator from a previous tenant. The freezer had something spoiled in it that had froze in it. There was one chair in a double room (two beds) one coffee cup one hand towel. My husband tried to call the front desk multiple times with no answer. He also went to the front desk. No one there. He yelled “hello” numerous times with no answer. When we checked out the women was in her cell phone paying no attention to what I was telling her. I would not recommend this model to my worst enemy!!! The breakfast was pretty much nonexistent! Unless you count the stale cereal! Couldn’t even find someone to change rooms to a cleaner room. Awful!!!

when i checked in there were 6ea coffee creamer cans on the floor in the lobby to catch water. There was a live cricket underneath my covers when i got in the bed full of cigarette burns!!!! A shuttle is advertised on the website, but they did not have one.

Water line was broken and was not informed about this issue at check-in. Went back to ask about the water and the front desk staff seemed annoyed that I was asking questions about the lack of water. Water did come back on later in the evening but it was discolored and I didn’t know if it was safe to drink or bathe in. Room was dark and dirty. The sheets, towels, walls, and lampshade had stains. Smoke detector unit was ripped out. Safety latch on the hotel door did not work. No breakfast was provided, except for coffee- which was cold. Shuttle to the airport was out of service as well.

One night stay .paid for shuttle to and from airport. That never showed up .tried phoning hotel no answer ended up getting taxi to hotel .when asked about shuttle was informed the bus was broken when i informed them i messaged them to arrange time pick got no response told i paid for shuttle told to speak to manager in morning as not much they could do with regard refund

According to the website there was airport transportation. We called the hotel over and over again. No answer! Finally after waiting for almost 2 hours for an Uber we arrived at the hotel only for the desk clerk to tell us they discontinued the shuttle!! They put me and my child in rooms on the second floor on the other side of the building! No elevator. I am disabled. got in the room.. smoke detector hanging offf the wall, phone and light switches were dirty!called front desk.. NO ANSWER!! We called Expedia and told them we were leaving in the morning! We would have left that night but it was 1am! Very disappointed! These hotels are usually better

This room was disgusting there wrre burn holes in the sheets and covers in a non smoking room curtains had something nasty on them you couldnt even close them and worst of all was the bed the sheets had dried something on them they were dirty and under the fitted sheet there was food all over the mattress i would not recommend this place

Foreign splatter on bathroom wall. Sink was plugged up. Rug was not vacuumed. Bar soap remnant left in drain from previous guest. Bathroom door was severely paint chipped. It was also water damaged and wood was delaminating. Two dirty floss picks left at nightstand. While on bedspread. Guest seat had gross stain on it. TV didn’t work. Morning breakfast bar was a joke. No fresh food. Cereal hadn’t been refreshed. Condiments were mostly empty. I wouldn’t let my dog finish what was left. Orbits rated this 3-1/2 stars but I rate it a zero. I checked out and went somewhere else. I hope I can get a refund for the last night I didn’t stay. That is if anyone reads this review.

DO NOT stay here. We arrived 11pm after driving the entire day, had booked 2 rooms for a family of 7. Check-in was easy. Soon after we entered our 1st-floor rooms, my son came running from his room - he pulled back the sheets and found 2 spiders in the bed. We then checked our beds and there were also spiders, including a web behind one pillow against the headboard! Spiders were found nearly everywhere!! Skinny little things but still. We packed back up, complained, and were given 2 new rooms on the 2nd floor. [While we waited, a couple was also given a new room, no idea why. After we were serviced, the man behind us complained that there was no water.] We inspected carefully and didn't find spiders so we agreed to stay since it was so late. My son realized he didn't have water with him and went to the vending machine - he selected water and was given an expired Fanta - the office exchanged it for water. After we settled and were about to go to bed, my son texted a photo of a roach on the lamp beside his bed. At this point we were so exhausted and it was after midnight so I told him and all to check for bugs once more before going to bed, all food in fridge, etc. and we slept without known issue. In the morning we saw that the towel across the tub was heavily stained, and the towels on the rack were completely worn with holes. We decided to just leave and be done with this place. Bought our own breakfast. Check recent reviews not just the rating - lesson learned!

Disgusting room not cleaned found pupic hair and feces on the toilet seat. Sheets were stained and had cigarette burns and probably bed bugs . I did see fleas so be warned don't stay here and they take money and make up stuff. Most Disgusting hotel well more like roach hotel. Had to burn my clothes and bathe in bleach . I should be given a refund!!!

The room was disgusting. The shower curtain was moldy, tower rack was rusty, and there was a live cockroach in the tub when we arrived. There were nasty brown stains on the tub as well. There was a very loud and rude couple next door we could hear screaming at each other at 4:15 in the morning through the bathroom wall.

I booked a room here last minute, the photos looked like a decent hotel. The room was absolutely filthy. There was a hole in the bathroom wall that I could see into the ceiling through. I do not think this room has been cleaned not only for me but after multiple stays of other people, there were splatters all over the walls and doors. I got out of the shower and there was a cockroach crawling down the wall. Even if staying at a budget hotel, there should be a level of expected cleanliness. Someone tried opening my door around 1am. The curtains were covered in stains. It was missing furniture, and lamps. The shower curtain and towels were stained. I’m pretty sure the sheets were not fresh either. This is not a “3 star” hotel and I have no idea how they more than a 0 for reviews. This place is a health code violation, I have photos of everything and look forward to hearing back from you.

This place is ridicules dirty. Bed had burnt marks on it, soap was used and the walls look like they had a paint ball fight, the door wouldn’t lock. Try to check out due to flight leaving early the lady gave me a problem with checking out. I ended up missing my flight so I went back to find out I was still checked in to the hotel smh. This was by far the Worst hotel I ever stayed in!!

The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful. Breakfast was limited to yogurt and a few cold sandwiches (microwave available) coffee was decent and dining area was nice. The property was well-landscaped, outside area generally very nice plenty of parking space. Entrance and lobby well-kept. Our sheets were clean, mattress was bedbug-free and the beds were very comfortable and soft. This was one of six LGBTQ-welcoming lodgings we could find in the area, which was the main reason we chose it. We needed help getting into our room, the card reading lock was in disrepair and opening it every time took several minutes. The deadbolt did not close. Blackout curtains were very effective but covered in stains. The floor lamp didn't work and bedside table lamp was missing a lightbulb. There was some sort of ongoing beeping outside the entirety of our stay that sounded like it might have been an anti-homeless deterrent that we could hear all night over the air conditioner. We would stay again if we found ourselves in Columbia needing lodging, as prices were more than reasonable and none of the issues we had were serious enough to need a room change. The fact that the staff were kind to a lesbian couple with one trans partner carries a lot of weight for us, especially in times like these. If you are LGBTQ, in need of affordable lodgings, and can look over a few relatively inconsequential maintenance issues, the Airport Clarion is worth your consideration.

Horrible stay! In 50 years, ive stayed at many places, but never once til now did i truly want my money back. Staff was ridiculous. Had to wait 2 hrs to check in. Then the room they gave us was not cleaned. It had food and trash everywhere and all bed linens in a ball on the floor. Tried to call the desk and phone dont work. Walked back down stairs and informed desk. They didnt believe me. Then gave me another room 2 buildings away (3 building property). I refused, as i just carried all our luggage up the stairs and demanded a room near the first one. They gave me one below it then. This room smelled horrible, sheets were stained, wall had blood stains, blanket had cig burns. Wife brushed her teeth and it took literally 6 hrs for the water to drain down the sink. When we showered we stood in ankle deep dirty water. Went in the office for the advertised breakfast. They had nothing and the desk woman was fighting with a vagrant to leave. The vagrant was hungry. We coukdnt wait to leave. Expedia needs to refund us for this joke of a stay.

Walked back down stairs and informed desk. They didnt believe me. Then gave me another room 2 buildings away (3 building property). I refused, as i just carried all our luggage up the stairs and demanded a room near the first one. They gave me one below it then. This room smelled horrible, sheets were stained, wall had blood stains, blanket had cig burns. Wife brushed her teeth and it took literally 6 hrs for the water to drain down the sink. When we showered we stood in ankle deep dirty water. Went in the office for the advertised breakfast. They had nothing and the desk woman was fighting with a vagrant to leave. The vagrant was hungry. We coukdnt wait to leave. Expedia needs to refund us for this joke of a stay.

I did not enjoy my stay here the front desk lady was rude, Because when I first arrived it was 3:30 nobody was at the front desk so I called and messaged in the app no response I waited 30mins, Then when I found her and explained it too her she told me no I wasn't I responded with I arrived at 3:30 and it is now 3:57, I also had a weeding rehearsal to attend to that day in which I was late for, once I checked in my room the sheets had stains on them so I laid on the top sheet with my covers, the heat wouldn't stay on constantly, The fridge wouldn't hold temperature my food was spoiled, The walls and ceilings had stains on them as well, I do not recommend

I immediately called the lady in the front and after I told her about the sheets being stained she kept repeating herself saying the bed is made the bed is made and she even hung up on me. I paid for a room I could not even stay in and the lady in the front who was there when I checked in and when I gave the key back said she was the manager. When you look on the wall to the left of the office it has a satisfaction promise that they will make it right if things are not satisfactory and they absolutely do not give that standard. They do not care and the price is not fair for what you get!

Well the time I spent was okay. The bathroom had a smell of mold really strong one. Most of what I did not like was the staff rude Mexican lady. I moved out the room early and sat outside with my things that I just couldn’t fit in the car. Waited for a friend to come. Not taking up space just a parking spot. She calls my phone and says “ why is your junk still here” I tell her it’s not junk that I’m leaving now. She said “ I’m going to charge you for staying over” I wasn’t even I. Th e room never went back after checking out. Then I left got a few bag went to a near my store. Came back just to make sure I won’t be charged seeing as I wasn’t in the room. She was so rude called me a liar and yelled at me. Poor service at its finest. But they ended up giving me my deposit. But crappy people.

This was probably the worst experience I have had being in a hotel. When we checked in and got to our room and walked in it was disgusting the room had not even been clean the bed covers were on the floor and towels were thrown everywhere and the smell dont even get me started. Me and my husband were given another room and it still wasn't clean either. The smell around the property was so bad. There were people tripping out on drugs all around us and going in and out the rooms all night long. It was so bad and not safe at all. We had to constanly watch our truck to make sure no one tried to break in it. People were walking all around the property all night.

Never ate there breakfast. Never stayed the night. Checked in at 3 pm 10/18/25 there was several men just hanging out in the parking lot, didn't feel it was a safe enviroment. Was actually there maybe 10 minutes and left to go get dinner, was gone about 2 hours and when we returned all the same men still hanging out in parking lot. TV didn't work in room, the pillows on the bed appeared dirty/at the least pillow cases and sheets stained. Went back outside to get the rest of our belongings and could of gotten high off the smell of marajuina, very overwhelming. At that point we didn't feel safe on property between the men in the parking lot and the drugs. So my husband went in an told the gentleman working the desk we was leaving and ask if they could at least refund the second night stay being we was suppose to be there 2 nights, but didn't actually stay one night. Gentleman at desk said he would have to report the request to his manager and would let him know we checked out at 7:15 pm 10/18/2025 the same day we checked in. So far the charge for both nights is still on my card no refund. I just want to be sure other families are aware and don't make the same mistake we did. I'm in the process of contacting whoever i need to in order to report the very poor condition of this hotel.

Power kept going off in room . Police chased people through facilities while I was there with my grandchild . Nothing you needed was there in the room , towels wash rags . Foreign splatter on bathroom wall. Sink was plugged up. Rug was not vacuumed. Bar soap remnant left in drain from previous guest. Bathroom door was severely paint chipped. It was also water damaged and wood was delaminating. Two dirty floss picks left at nightstand. While on bedspread. Guest seat had gross stain on it. TV didn’t work. Morning breakfast bar was a joke. No fresh food. Cereal hadn’t been refreshed. Condiments were mostly empty. I wouldn’t let my dog finish what was left. Orbits rated this 3-1/2 stars but I rate it a zero. I checked out and went somewhere else. I hope I can get a refund for the last night I didn’t stay. That is if anyone reads this review.

The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful. Breakfast was limited to yogurt and a few cold sandwiches (microwave available) coffee was decent and dining area was nice. The property was well-landscaped, outside area generally very nice plenty of parking space. Entrance and lobby well-kept. Our sheets were clean, mattress was bedbug-free and the beds were very comfortable and soft. This was one of six LGBTQ-welcoming lodgings we could find in the area, which was the main reason we chose it. We needed help getting into our room, the card reading lock was in disrepair and opening it every time took several minutes. The deadbolt did not close. Blackout curtains were very effective but covered in stains. The floor lamp didn't work and bedside table lamp was missing a lightbulb. There was some sort of ongoing beeping outside the entirety of our stay that sounded like it might have been an anti-homeless deterrent that we could hear all night over the air conditioner. We would stay again if we found ourselves in Columbia needing lodging, as prices were more than reasonable and none of the issues we had were serious enough to need a room change. The fact that the staff were kind to a lesbian couple with one trans partner carries a lot of weight for us, especially in times like these. If you are LGBTQ, in need of affordable lodgings, and can look over a few relatively inconsequential maintenance issues, the Airport Clarion is worth your consideration.

Based on the state of the room, the bathroom was much cleaner than I expected it to be. There were holes in the walls by the sink. There were stains on the curtains that sure seem to resemble blood. The curtain pulls were broken, so it’s just the inside string to try to yank them across to block the window. The safety lock on the top of the door was missing the surfaces of the desk and the dresser looked like they hadn’t been cleaned for quite some time so again the cleanliness of the bathroom was a pleasant surprise.
