Clean and great value. Suite sleeps 6, checked in with 4 adults. Only 3 towels so had to go down to get extra towel. Sink, toilet and clear glass shower all in one room so total downfall with 4 adults. Only one adult using the bathroom at a time. Still great room overall and great price. Pet fee was a little higher than most. Breakfast was ok. Not much of a selection but what was there was decent.

The moment you walk in you are consumed by an amazing smell! The lady that checked us in was awesome. Then it all went down hill. The "heated" pool was not, it was ice cold. The "Whirlpool" doesn\'t exist, they got the wrong sign during construction. We asked multiple times if anything could be done about the temp of the pool and nothing happened. We chose the hotel for the indoor pool and hot tub so it was disappointing. First day, we returned to find that housekeeping removed our towels but didn\'t replace them. We had to go downstairs to the desk to get them. The shower head dripped all night in the shower on the metal drain. Honestly i would have expected some discount however nothing was offered. Definitely will choose another hotel on my next trip to the area.

We had an overall good stay at this newer hotel. Our first room didn’t have working air conditioner so we had to be moved to another room and that was no problem. The lady at the desk was very helpful. Our air was working great in the second room, my only complaint is the bathroom floor was pretty yucky in both of the rooms. The bed was really comfy and the blackout curtains worked good. Would stay here again, I just think it’s a newer hotel that needs a few kinks worked out :)

New and nice, theres a shopping area and several food places within walking distances, many more within a 5 min drive. Plush beds, huge rooms! We had a 2 bed suite with aa fold out couch that also had a trundle bed. Extra cliset space, desk, fridge and mirowave. Huge vathroom with built in soaps and shampoo and a pool. Had a nice spread for breakfast.

A VERY nice room! We needed a break during an extended power failure and to decided to go here. We were pleased, impressed, and comfortable during our stay. With only one exception... the big sliding (barn type) bathroom door had frosted glass which we initially thought looked nice and was pretty "cool". Well, it was "cool"... until bedtime. We like to leave a bathroom door slightly cracked and a light on inside. This door is in right in front of the bed and the glass door lights lit up the bed brighter than an airport runway! Much too bright, and no dimmers to tone it down! All the other lights were too bright to leave on too, so we turned them all off and we had to feel around like a blind person to get up and use the bathroom that night. No big deal, but I highly recommend bringing a plug-in "night light" from your home or pick one up from a store on your way to the hotel. We know someone else that travels a lot he said he stays at other Springhill Suites and he says that he likes them... EXCEPT for the frosted glass bathroom door! He brought up the door issue, before we did! Other than that... these suites are great, friendly service, and a pleasant comfortable atmosphere.

The below average breakfast made my wife sick before checkout. As she was still evacuating her stomach at checkout the hotel manager would not extend my checkout by an hour, so my drained and exhausted wife might recover before travel. This was at 11 am. Their poor excuse was they needed to prepare all the rooms for a 4 pm check-in. We checked out, but you might skip the lobby restroom for awhile. Just saying. So the motto is...well, just make your own, if you are not to be busy hugging the toilet. Vous avez été prévenu, bonne chance

The front desk personnel was hardly at the front desk. Had to wait to check in and also waited 10 minutes to check out because not there. The first night was not enjoyable due to children running and screaming down the hall, pounding on the multiple room doors. We waited for about a half hour for the parents to get the children under contol but no such luck. Had to call front desk and about 25 minutes later they stopped, after front desk told me they woyld take care of immediately.

The hotel is well situated, lot of dining option around with walking distances. The hotel is clean. Little noise due to the traffic but ok. A very big thing to improve. Breakfast: pork sausages and ham. Could have an alternative for non pork eaters for example: cheese, egg croissant (without ham), when I asked the breakfast service lady, she told me that the croissant sandwiches come pre-made, she was so nice, she offered to remove the ham for me, but it would not work since the ham was touching and already part of the sandwich.
